I ordered both of my grandsons in Texas this jacket. When the jacket arrived, it did not match exactly what was ordered from the picture. Please see the pictures I have attached. What interested my grandson's most about the jacket was the uniqueness of the colors, the color scheme, and the jacket that was received did not have the white zippers. We live a thousand miles apart, and it was too much of an inconvenience to return the jacket and ask for the money back.
The best overall customer service on the web today. I have shopped at Amazon for many years and sometime they have the best price and sometime they do not, but I do not believe that anyone can beat there customer service.
The convenience of pulling up Amazon to purchase day to day needs frees me from the necessity of shopping, which I never found very gratifying. A reasonable membership gives me competitive prices, multiple marketplaces under one roof, and two day delivery to my door. All of the amazon-bashing that I read in the news is based on an obsolete model, and a ignorant comment regarding the USPS-I suspect that Amazon has done more to rescue a fiscally-strained post office than the US government has done in more than 20 years. This site is constantly pulling new offerings to make my life better (music, books, TV, etc). Thank you Amazon, from an appreciative customer!
Research your prices! I have frequently noticed products sold by Amazon (food, toys, etc) are higher than other websites. It saves to surf the web. Often I find I can purchase the same item for less and still get free shipping if company is offering free shipping with a certain amount purchased. I suppose paying 10.99 a month for Amazon prime is good for those people frequently order a small amount of products at a time. But I often caution friends to be careful and be an educated consumer as their prices are almost always higher in my experience.

I love Amazon. I signed up for "Prime" not really knowing that I had and Amazon sent me a letter telling of all the features I hadn't taken advantage of. I have not been disappointed with their service or the products they market.
Questions are answered promptly. Delivery is quick. Issues are resolved quickly. For example, we hadn't received a t-shirt after a lengthy wait. Our money was refunded immediately. Great buys and love the ease of use.

This company sells thru Amazon This is not an American company or Amazon Company However they sell their products. I bought a heat press only pressed 5 shirts total before it quit working contacted Amazon I could not get this resolved and have had to take a 269.68 lost because I did not have it shipped to the company in 45 days. I did ask for a return label as well as a refund and received neither. I am new to the online shopping world and have not had a great deal of experience with these types of problems. The problem was reported to Amazon/Happibuy before 45 days however it was never resolved. Please be cautious when buying from Happibuy they don't honor their products and actually suggest I take 150.00 and sell it to someone else? And yes I have this in writing.

I have been a memeber of amazon and amazon prime now for awhile and have never been disappointed or let down. They resolve any issues you may have and do it very quickly, the products are priced good and its just an awesome site to use and i love it.

Amazon is the best of all retail on-line services. I use it so much, it was a bargain to become a Amazon Prime member. For $100 a year, free shipping, movies and great series and other video options, not to mention free e-books. When you have seen everything over and over again, month after month on premium cable channels, Amazon prime movies and videos are so much better. Customer service is second to none. They bend over backward to help you with any issue you may encounter. And having been a member of prime more than 3 years, I have only had to contact them one time. That alone is pretty impressive. Nothing beats sitting at the kitchen table in your Pj's, hot cup of coffee at the ready, and do your shopping, without getting out in the cold, and no crowds, no waiting in line. I love it!
I ordered 1 Philips trimmer which was delivered on time. I bought this product with 18% discount which was the best as compared to other websites. It is fine and working properly.
Amazon collected last minute orders with the promise of Christmas Eve delivery for free with Prime via 2nd day air.
6 days later, the package is "delayed do to capacity" which means that UPS was so oversold on Xmas Eve, they couldn't even deliver it the day after Christmas. In this customer's case, I compromised and ordered an inferior product just so it would be on time for Christmas and it's still nowhere to be found. UPS is covering it's own hide by not even tracking it anymore, saying it could be as late as the 29th.
Given the nature of Christmas and it's timeliness, this broad fraud scheme was a bait and switch and is illegal advertising. Amazon probably defrauded hundreds or even thousands of customers with their false and misleading promise.

Amazon by far, has the best prices, shipping time and return policy of an vendor online. When I find a product I want to purchase, among all other sites, I add Amazon to the list. 9.5 times out of 10 they have the product at a lower price. Even if it's a few dollars more, I order from them because of superior customer service and return policy.
The first action I take is reading the reviews of consumers who have purchased the item to see if it's something I really want. If that passes the test, I order with confidence knowing that Amazon stands behind every product they sell. I have purchased many items from them in the last 4 years. On several occasions the product was not what I expected or failed to perform. Each time, following the instructions given, I was able to return the item with a full refund. One time, because of a misunderstanding, Amazon even offered and sent me the product for free as an apology.
The shipping time is also a major plus and packing is done with great care.
I think Amazon's service could be a little better, but overall they have made my entire life easier. Definitely one of the best services in the world. 5/5

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
