I have never had a bad experience with amazon. I would like to give a shout out to their customer service, the best I've dealt with. My post office lost a package from Amazon, although they denied this stating it wasn't delivered to them because it was never checked in by them. What? Anyway I contacted Amazon and they shipped the item overnight and I had it the next morning. I asked them to not go through my post office and please send it any other way. Not only did they overnight it, I was not charged.
You can almost buy anything you can think of from Amazon. It's very valuable if you join the prime membership with which you can get free shipping for a large amount of items. Worth to try.
I made a purchase for over $100 on Amazon and once it had arrived they gave me no call, email confirmation or anything to let me know it was there. Also, since I live in an apartment building, they simply left the box on the outside part of the lobby on the floor - leaving it completely open for anybody to take. This is unacceptable! It is completely ridiculous the fact that they could be so careless. This is gonna run them out of business. Just wait.

There are many great finds on Amazon. Car parts and accessories are available for many makes and models. You can even set up a virtual garage so that parts that fit the vehicle are displayed for easy ordering. As with anything purchase over the internet, first do your research... call your local parts stores and check reviews of service providers to be sure you are getting the right parts and/or service. Amazon parts for my vehicle have appeared while shopping on their site and I have now fixed five broken things cheaper than any shop or parts store would have charged.
Packages come really fast most of the time. I never wait more then 2 days. With the membership shipping is free. I order from them a lot... Orders are always perfect.
Amazon.com is great. If something is wrong, broken it doesn't show up, customer service makes it right.
I really like amazon. Theres many choices in designs and prices. I have been a prime member since 2014. My only issue with them is the waste in boxes. I understand that sometimes prime items might be coming from different warehouses however, we just received 6 12oz bowls in a box that is big enough for a dorm room refrigerator. Just thinking green!

Always satisfied with Amazon services, boughts tons of producs there but the Amazon Prime services are somewhat a disappointement. Sometimes products are not delivered on time and most of all Amazon Videos catalogue is not I was expecting. Compared to Netflix there is not much to watch when it comes to new series. I might actually resign in the future.
As a frequent buyer of Amazon products, they have proven their customer service department to be unsurpassed when dealing with me as a customer. They respond to emails promptly, call me, refund me or replace the product quickly. I was quite impressed with their level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
