I have never had a bad experience with amazon. I would like to give a shout out to their customer service, the best I've dealt with. My post office lost a package from Amazon, although they denied this stating it wasn't delivered to them because it was never checked in by them. What? Anyway I contacted Amazon and they shipped the item overnight and I had it the next morning. I asked them to not go through my post office and please send it any other way. Not only did they overnight it, I was not charged.

You can almost buy anything you can think of from Amazon. It's very valuable if you join the prime membership with which you can get free shipping for a large amount of items. Worth to try.

I made a purchase for over $100 on Amazon and once it had arrived they gave me no call, email confirmation or anything to let me know it was there. Also, since I live in an apartment building, they simply left the box on the outside part of the lobby on the floor - leaving it completely open for anybody to take. This is unacceptable! It is completely ridiculous the fact that they could be so careless. This is gonna run them out of business. Just wait.

Trust but verify first!

There are many great finds on Amazon. Car parts and accessories are available for many makes and models. You can even set up a virtual garage so that parts that fit the vehicle are displayed for easy ordering. As with anything purchase over the internet, first do your research... call your local parts stores and check reviews of service providers to be sure you are getting the right parts and/or service. Amazon parts for my vehicle have appeared while shopping on their site and I have now fixed five broken things cheaper than any shop or parts store would have charged.

Worth the $99 membership

Packages come really fast most of the time. I never wait more then 2 days. With the membership shipping is free. I order from them a lot... Orders are always perfect.

Wide variety

I really like amazon. Theres many choices in designs and prices. I have been a prime member since 2014. My only issue with them is the waste in boxes. I understand that sometimes prime items might be coming from different warehouses however, we just received 6 12oz bowls in a box that is big enough for a dorm room refrigerator. Just thinking green!

I enjoy shopping with Amazon. I always find so many choices, bargains, & unusual as well as everyday supplies. I have bought coffee, creamer, some kitchen items, clothes, sheets, gifts, etc. thru Amazon. Sometimes I just enjoy browsing! All the window shopping I want with little effort.

I like that everything is backed by amazon. You cant get scammed. Amazon will always make it right. If there is a problem they will fix it. I use chat support to get problems fixed on the spot.

Room for improvement

Always satisfied with Amazon services, boughts tons of producs there but the Amazon Prime services are somewhat a disappointement. Sometimes products are not delivered on time and most of all Amazon Videos catalogue is not I was expecting. Compared to Netflix there is not much to watch when it comes to new series. I might actually resign in the future.

Como toda tienda online con varios vendedores, hay que tomar en cuenta a la hora de comprar los precios que no sean muy bajos lo que nos indica o fraude, o mala calidad, las revisiones de los compradores y las calificaciones.
