Wonderful customer service; I accidentally ordered the wrong item (two of them, in fact) for someone else and I panicked when I realised that they were non-refundable because they required special transportation. I called customer service (the person at the table was named Vans - thank you so much!) and Vans was able to solve the problem for me a few minutes later with a full refund without return of the two items. This really helped since this order was actually for someone else and I was literally prepping to pay up if I had to. So thank you Vans, and Amazon :)

I liked a watch on amazon.com and i decided to buy it. Amazon offered to me to pay with my local currency with is Egyptian pounds, i agreed. I made the purchase and received on my mobile phone a message from bank stating the amount has been deducted. I checked my online account and everything is great. A week later i found on my account that amazon has deducted another higher amount for the same purchase. I called my bank and i found out that amazon withheld the original amount in my account and deducted another higher amount for same purchased item. I asked the bank to refuse to pay. I emailed amazon since i can't reach them by phone and asked to explain why the discrepancies, to my shock they have no trace of the second amount being deducted, they can't prove it exist and they want to me send them a photo of my bank account showing the charge which i refuse because its not safe doing so. A couple of days later amazon emailed me saying that my bank refuse to pay for the purchased item, i explained to them that there is double charge but to no avail, the second charge doesn't exist on their computers and they asked me to accept another recharge for the same original amount, i said that make thrice the charge for same item. I let the bank deal with them removed by credit cards from my account just to be safe.my bank released the withheld amount to my account. Amazon refund me shipping cost. Check your bank account online when you make an online purchase to know what go withhold and what got charged.

I cant say enough good about Amazon. I buy literally everything on Amazon as long as they offer it. Hint: if you find something on a site that is from overseas but you are afraid to take the chance to order ( as they are known for seller by cheaply made stuff) check on Amazon first for the item. Granted, the item is still coming from overseas as a third party seller, but if it comes and is horrific, Amazon will back you up. They are just an amazing company with superb customer service! Their prices are great and you basically just cant go wrong! LOVE AMAZON!

Don't Get Me Wrong... But I LOVE Shopping On Amazon.com. I Just HATE That They Keep On Changing There Review Policies. It Really Makes No Sense To Me At All. Because I am a person Who Really Enjoys Writing Reviews On All Types Of Products I've Try. And I Write And Say What I Mean. Rather I Like The Product or Not. And Amazon Makes It Very Hard For People Like Me To Voice Our Point Of View. On Products We Have Try and Tested. Amazon is Deleted so many People Reviews Over Some Dumb Stuff. All They Do is just Delete With out Really Explaining Why. This is what they say: Amazon does not permit reviews from customers whose relationship to the product or seller may be perceived as biased.

I Mean WTF Are They Talking About? What if that person don't have a Relationship with the seller and all that BS? I Feel That Amazon is so wrong on that. And They Are Letting a lot of people go over some BS. I've Been With Amazon For a Long Time. And I Also Pay For Amazon PRIME! And I Cant Even Write a Freaking Review or even Ask a Question on a product I wanna buy! That's BS! But Other Then All That Its a Great Site, With Many Great Deals. Just There Guidelines Suck Butt! Oh And They Seem To Keep Going Up On There PRIME Member Ship. They Went Up Again!

On 4 May 2018 at 3-07 IST, I received a call from Kent R O Systems Ltd from Mobile number *******377 and the person talked to me for two minutes on my Airtel Delhi-NCR SIM number and informed me that Amazon India supplies Spurious Duplicate RO Cylinders to consumers and the same are not sourced by Amazon from Kent RO Systems Ltd. This is a serious claim against American Giant amazon.com.
Kindly confirm that what is stated on Web reading as under is correct to NOT?

I must admit I have a hidden agenda. I posted two reviews and I was shocked to see a 180k views. I was angry but I never wanted to shame this company before the world like that.
