No, thanks, I won't make an order on Amazon anymore. My experience was really awful! This site is full of scammers.
I love Amazon. Prime is the best thing a website offers these days. You can buy anything you need. I have a busy schedule and getting to the store is difficult for me.
Their are doing good and helping nations.
But the frustration is they ask for too much information when we do registration on website.
It should be reconsidered and make it simple for people.
Thank you.
It's a one stop shopping period.
They stand by their products. Returns are easy
Wish Prime was always free, to keep up with walmart.
Amazon is great so don't get me wrong. But their choice of delivery drivers is beyond outrageous. I have security cameras and they have detected one throwing a package on my porch; another leaving it in the evening on the stairs in plain view and today one that stopped to read my request to leave items inside the large box I have on my porch for that purpose, only to then walk past the box and the porch to leave the expensive DNA test kit under the sun in front of my garage door. Mind you, NONE of the drivers bother to knock on the door or ring the doorbell and most do not read my instructions clearly posted next to my front door. No problems with USPS, Fedex or UPS but Amazon's delivery system is bizarre. I returned the DNA kit for the probable damage caused by 3 hours in the sun. I will not order from them again.
Lately I have had purchases from Hanes and Amazon tendered to USPS in Hebron, KY and vanished into cyberspace. Both Hanes and Amazon canceled the order after a delay and solicited a new order. In the case of Amazon the new (replacement) order was a few bucks higher than the original order. It's a pity that excellent vendors cannot get better shipping deals than DHS to USPS in Hebron, KY
I mostly use Amazon to buy gifts for my relatives and friends, especially because they have the option to package as a gift before delivering! It has helped me to make special days even more special!
I love to see what I am getting before I buy it but I usually am too busy to stop by the store to shop around. With Amazon, I can just browse the wide range of products they have when I need anything, browse customer reviews, add to cart and checkout all while I'm on the go. It's perfect for me!
I use Prime, Video, Music. I use Prime so much that the CS people on the phone know me already. Prime cannot be matched. Why? Because they stand by their products AND delivery promise. If have any problems, CS is so incredibly helpful that I want to invite them over for coffee. There has only been one time that I needed a supervisor and at the end of my convo, I was comped 2 free months of Prime for my trouble. I do not order ANYTHING online now that I can get on Amazon because of their awesome... well... everything. Customer for life. No wonder they are taking over retail. Not one online retailer can match them, not even close.
They always deliver! On time with exactly what you ordered. Their customer service is also helpful and always excellent! Love that it's a one stop shop for everything
I've been purchasing items of all kind. And have never had an issue with anything. Items have arrived exactly on date they were expected. At Christmas I ordered an item did not recieve. Called them and that day they credited my account no questions. Received an item that was broken. Was told to send a picture. Did not have to return. Sent picture 2 days later had a new one. My emails are responded to within a timely matter. My granddaughter wants something it's let's go to amazon..
Amazon has always treated me right. The only time Ive had a problem was when I ordered from someone else through Amazon.
I purchased a few items as gift on Amazon. Some item did not work, some item had problem with the battery. I contacted customer support and then they refunded my money without asking any question. Great communication and very helpful customer support. I really love to buy from Amazon.
Great site for almost anything I can think of from shoes to car parts. I always check either ebay or Amazon as well as many other sites.
My family and I have been using Amazon.com and their prime membership for a few years now for purchasing about anything and everything, but unfortunately will now be taking our business elsewhere. I recently placed an order for pool chemicals expecting to recieve them in 2 days (due to the membership fee we pay each month for prime). Instead of my order, I recieved a notification that items were damaged. I called and was told that a refund had been processed so I ordered them again expecting the package to be delivered on Sunday. Again, instead of a package I recieved a notification that there was a delay and that it may arrive by Wednesday so I called again. This time I was assured the package would be delivered by mid day Monday, but again no package and another phone call. Now we are at a little over a week later and I have placed the same order for the 3rd time with a new "expected" delivery date of 2 more days - Wednesday. My advice, if it is an item you need or are expecting by a certain date don't order from Amazon and don't waste your money on a prime membership that worthless anyway!
I have no problem with Amazon they have good item but not cheap.
Couple of times i order part for my car and it's say delivery 2 to 3 days it's great after i submit the payment i revived email say my item will by delivered in 4 to 5 weeks that when i realize the part located in China not US?
They constantly lie about shipping dates... even with a Prime membership and also where the item location.
I brought 2 tops thinking they were cheap and found the tops on yoins 1/2 the price. Not buying again
Sitejabber is a excellent app i am one one of a person who used this app i personaly say it to all use this app and gain trusted experience they give very geniune just i say this app is too good
The purchases and deals are nice to find and easier than trying to go shopping in person. It is a good way to search for needed items!
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
