Stay away

I was a paid prime business member for 4 years. In the last 6 months their 2 day shipping has often turned into 1-2 weeks, Items they are shipping have not been what I have ordered, their customer service is horrific refusing to identify themselves or cancel missing orders while lying to you and making it your fault they botched the order.

I pay for amazon prime which means I expect two day shipping however once I received my product a week after I purchased it is reasonable to be upset. I purchased on a Wednesday and expected to get here Friday. It didn't and it said the expected delivery date was Sunday, which is not two days! To top things off I still didn't receive it Sunday but instead I got it on a Tuesday. I also needed that product that weekend so receiving it Tuesday was useless already

I received a wrong item from a seller. They refused to send me the right item. Started the return process in Amazon. I was told I must use USPS but I live in Canada, we can only send through Canada Post, UPS or Fed Ex. Not sure how to do that. Left a feedback for the seller due to the wrong item but was blocked by Amazon. I will never do business with Amazon again.

Amazon has impressed me on how fast they have grown and have done so without many downfalls or major company actions that have lead to anything but positive steps forward. I enjoy shopping from home and knowing, with all of the steps that Amazon offers, you are getting just what you wanted to order.

I added over $500 on my account to purchase 1 item and they froze my account after it was added to my wallet. Now they aren't wanting to unlock my account and are acting like i am scamming them. How is that when they have MY money? Now i can't access my account and they are trying to keep my money. I really need the item for my business. I feel like they are ripping me off just for trying to buy something from them! I will never order anything else from Amazon and I really hope they resolve this problem fast.

Shipping has become a real issue for Amazon I've had six or seven packages in the last several months it's been delivered late by the US Postal Service and buy Amazon and when you contact our customer service is like no big issue we're sorry no compensation for the fact that you didn't get your shipment when they promised even though you're paying for a Prime Membership

Amazon customer service representatives lies. I had 2 orders from them and they lied about shipping. The first order was a birthday gift, the customer service said they have notified UPS to deliver it by the birthday date. It did not happen, and the package was delivered 3 days after the birthday.

My most recent purchase was a mobile phone worth $1000. I scheduled the delivery one week after because no one will be home to receive it. I was surprised that they changed it to 2 day shipping. So, I called UPS and UPS told me to talk to Amazon to change the date. I chat with Amazon 3x and all 3 representatives assured me that it will arrive on my expected date and not the date that I was seeing on the tracking. Representatives said that UPS will not leave it outside if no one is at home and that they already notified UPS. When I saw the tracking saying out for delivery, I immediately contacted Amazon for a 4th time. Representative told me again not to worry, that UPS just put it in the truck but it won't be delivered and that UPS will not leave it outside. Guess what?! UPS left it outside the house. Amazon will say ANYTHING to assure a customer, but I doubt they even talked to UPS on the phone to make sure it really will be delivered on the date I wanted.

So, I chat with Amazon 2 more times after that and told them to send UPS back to pick the package for return to Amazon and issue me a full refund. Amazon rep is stupid to ask if I can send someone to check if the package is still there. If I had someone to check it, then I would ask that person to take it until i can get it. Amazon rep are so stupid. Anyway, I told them it is exactly wherever the UPS put it because no one is at home. They gave a tracking number. As of right now. No one has picked it up. Good thing I can always ask my credit card company to dispute it.

Great returns policy

I've had nothing but great experiences buying from this site on three continents. Any time I've had to return things, The money gets credited back to me as soon as I've put the item in the mail. Would not hesitate to buy from them again

Too easy

Amazon makes shopping and buying almost too easy. I love being able to compare different vendors all at once to get the best prices. Only had 1 problem so far with a vendor that didn't deliver. Amazon refunded me the money in the form of credit. Amazon Prime movies is great, too.

I purchased many times on Amazon and i have good experience, but now m having an issue to login my id it's showing on the
Screen that it is mandatory to write your card no. Through which you did your last payment.
But this is completely senseless if m login in the phone app then what's the issue with card sometimes we did not make payment by our own card then why this site making this column mandatory to fill.
And if last time I have used my card and this time
I want cash on delivery then why should I fill up my card details.

Take extra money, quite a lot for next day delivery before 1pm. I needed to as had things to do in the evening. I noticed that it wasn't dispatched and would be coming as late as 8pm, not what I paid for. When I queried it I was fobbed off and sent in circles. The delivery time suddenly shot up to 9pm after I complained. Disgusting treatment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE CONNED.

So... I live in Hawaii where everything is more expensive because of shipping charges. For instance, you can expect to pay $8 for a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread at the grocery store. So the monthly cost of my Amazon Prime subscription is a mere fraction of what I'd have to pay for shipping on virtually any online purchase. It's a must have for me. Plus the Prime video and music streaming service is a real bonus... and really makes me want to reconsider my Pandora and Netflix memberships.

Very highly recommended!

I ordered a pack of eye drop bottles and I received a message from Amazon telling me that the carrier they use, which is APEC require that I provide my citizen ID and my Chinese name! Then on the same day I received another message from ECMS which says that it is a logistics provider saying that this is required by Customs in China. I don't understand why I need to provide my personal ID for buying just some eye drop bottles and why my Chinese name is required. I have ordered goods from Amazon quite a few times and this has never happened before. This is an infringement on my privacy. I am not going to provide them. Unless Amazon changes this, I will stop buying on an Amazon.com.
