This is my "go to"place for anything I need. They are fast and usually stock what I may be looking for. They are usually price competative compared to other suppliers. Being a Prime member is well worth the expense since most products ordered have a free "Prime delivery" od on or two days.
So you think you are getting a deal when you buy on amazon, amazon just blows smoke up your $#*!, and O Jeffy boy is laughing all the way to the bank, better yet all the way to the moon, first he wants you to pay $ 130 per year for Prime includes free shipping, nothing is free folks, you can go to most any site and what you are looking for is less money plus free shipping, there are many items that are $ 25-$ 100 less money plus free shipping, i could go on and on but i think you get it.
My first preference is always amazon over any other online biz. I would certainly recommend amazon for a wonderful experience.
Become a prime member and you'll get free shipping, and you'll get your order quick as well... like in 3-4 days! Unfortunately, what I ordered broke the first time trying to use it. It was a pipe cutter btw. They paid for the free shipping to ship the product back them, (which was an upside) and my card was refunded within 5 days after I sent the product back. I'm sure they have stuff that is good. I've only ever ordered that one thing but I will order from them again for sure.
Delivery takes so much time. And it delivers the item after the occasion even I ordered ten days before the occasion. This is the worst experience of my online shopping. I ordered another product on other site after two days, it delivered within four days.

I bought a new mattress from Amazon along with a new bed frame and sheets from them. The mattress was due today Friday the 9th and the frame and sheets are already here. Come to find out they have delayed the shipping of the mattress until August 14. I have already put my bed in storage as I was off today and got up early. Set up my new frame and ready to go. I saw the delay message called Amazon to see what is going on. First two people I talk to was no help, then I got a Team Lead. I explained I was going to be sleeping on the floor now as I already put my bed in storage which was 30 minutes away from me. He explained how The package is delayed in transit and had to come from another center as they ran out of stock of the new mattress. I like how he broke down what was going on, but it did not help with the concern of having no bed to sleep in. He went on saying how Amazon is such a great company and they offer "Good Will" to customers for these types of problems, and I was offered $30 bucks to go away. I have spent $489 total for a new bed set up and I find $30 bucks as an insult for all the years I have been a prime member and thousands I gladly spent on Amazon. Now I know its not the workers fault as they can only use what tools they can, and if having a customer sleep on the floor is worth 30 bucks to them I dont want to be that customer anymore. You dont know what you dont know about Amazon until you run into something that shows a company true colors.
Update to review, Guess what they sent me an email survey, and I advised what poor service they did they asked me to give them another chance and let them call me back. Went through the same statement as before and they said oh they will make it right this time. And offered me $5 bucks more then before. What a joke and now wasted even more of my time.

As a prime member things arrive on time and many times early! I am always please with my purchases and only ever had one mixup sending the wrong item. For such a large company, the efficiency is outstanding!

I have been a Prime member for years but their policys have been changing for the worse. I no longer get the speedy 2 day free delivery. Sometimes 3-4 days. I have paid extra for next day delivery on more than one occasion only to get my item a week latter. When I complain to Amazon they say that it was in fact shipped next day( but didn't ship out for 3 or 4 days after I ordered) so they will not refund the extra money. I have also left some bad reviews because of this only to have Amazon not post them.
I was buying everything at amazon but not any more, I usually expend $700/month there. Last week, I returned 5 different items from different orders and send them back. I used to get my return 2-3 hours after I drop of the item at UPS. Now they said I have too wait until the items reach the facility which will take 2 weeks, (I did not use UPS, I used amazon locker which is close to my place), once they receive the item after 2 weeks, then the have to open the item and process it so add another week. No store ever takes that long to refund something! I will start buying from other stores and all of of them have better prices than amazon! I have been wasting a lot of money!

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
