Delivery drivers need improvement better customer service. Other than that Amazon is great I buy many products every week. The delivery driver make me want to stop using Amazon was treated very poorly and blown away by the way I was talked to. A supervisor was used as an excuse why.

They back their customers returns with the amazon guarantee. Prime membership is a hugh bargain when you realize all you get with it. Amazon music alone is worth the price. No shipping unless the seller charges shipping. If you need just a couple things, there's no minimum for free shipping. Plus amazon tv (which iv'e not had time to watch yet). And i love Alexa. Never thought i would like prime or Alexa-turned out they were the best gifts i ever received.

I'll never purchase from Amazon unless someone offers me a gift certificate through them. My reasons are due to their piss poor customer service. Years ago, they bent over backward to make good on any mistakes they made or if you have an issue with an order. Not so anymore. And if their mistakes cost YOU money, don't expect them to make good on it. Don't expect waived shipping or anything. They will gladly refund you and make all sorts of patronizing comments and apologies, but the bottom line is this....they don't value the customer. If Amazon employees are purposely misleading you or giving you the runaround, that's Jeff Bezo's new policies in action. The man is too rich for his own good. Moreover, I don't like the fact that they encourage an abusive work environment, offer low pay for the level of abusive, and will fire any employee who considers joining a union.

Always has an am awesome selection and reasonable prices. Only problem is even when you select to have everything combined in a single box, they sometimes send them separately in oversized boxes anyways. Oh, and their ethical practices are questionable, but I will leave that up to you to decide!

Anytime I want anything I go straight to Amazon. I've tried other sites to try and get a better deal, but with Amazon Prime's free shipping, I really CANNOT beat the prices I get. Everything I've ever ordered, and I've ordered a lot, has come with promised quality, size, and value. However, I ONLY order stuff that is labeled Amazon Prime since I know I can get the free shipping and, as always, great quality! I started with a student account promising I'd get rid of it after college to avoid the rising cost, but yet, I continue to use it. Amazon Prime is a great tool on the internet I suggest everyone use!

I had a long review of an item that I wrote over 11 years ago, and Amazon suddenly deleted it a couple of weeks ago.

I have called Customer Service at least 6 times, but can never get a response from the Communities team that addresses the actual issue. Most of the time, the Communities team just ignores Customer Service and doesn't even respond to me.

My advice: Stay far, far away from the Communities team, and don't ever post any reviews up on Amazon.

Will not refund

Purchase 3 fruit trees from Amazon. All 3 were 3/4 of an inch tall. I thought to myself that by the time these trees produce fruit i would be dead. Ive tried 3 times to return them and they said no. I will never order from Amazon again. Its all nice whe6you buy. But treat you like sh t when you want to return something.

I am having a awful experience right now with Amazon.co.uk. Two days ago I have put an order to be delivered this morning. Yesterday I received the rudest email ever from them saying that they were not able to authorise my order because of the cardholder of my credit card did not accept it. And at the bottom of the email it said that my business was not welcome at their store anymore.'. So I was shocked and replied back asking what the problem was. In the meantime I wanted to check my account to see if I entered a wrong card or address. I couldn't sign in because I they closed my account immediately and blocked me out.
It took me a while to find a phone number for amazon.co.uk. On the phone they said they can't help me or give my any information and I have to wait for 24hours to hear back from them. By then I was totally fuming! I asked to pass a message on (which I doubt they did) and asked me to be contacted immediately t. This morning I received an email asking me to send my card details to a fax number. I still can't believe this is happening and Amazon is trying very hard not to be contacted so that I can solve the problem. I am so sure that I entered the wrong digits for my card which I sometimes mix up. Instead of verifying with me first, I have been blocked and treated so badly as a customer who has been using their store over 20 years with not single problem. I am totally disgusted with their customer services and how they make it so hard to reach them by phone directly. I will never be using their stores and I will spread the word around wherever I go.

I've been an amazon prime membership customer for probably going on 5 years. We use it "mainly" for the 2 day/expedited "shipping". Anymore it's NOT expedited shipping. It takes 3-4 days to get Amazon Prime items. So unless your using the music and other things that come with it I DO NOT recommend amazon any longer. I've called numerous times for items that show amazon prime that don't arrive for 3-7 days that were listed as Prime items and get told well, it SHIPS in two days then takes another day or two or more for u to receive the item, depending on the vendor so they pretty much argue with you or promise a credit that u never get for an amazon prime item that you don't get for 6 days NOT the two they advertise.

I've been an Amazon Prime member for a long time. I've had very few problems. Their customer service is always courteous and professional. Prompt 1-2 delivery can't be beat and free shipping is worth since I spend a lot of money monthly so I am saving money.
Excellent deliverers!

Everyone loves Amazon, but while they are mostly great, a few years back I ordered an mp3-player from them, and when the USB cable that came with it didn't work it was a real pain to deal with. They wanted me to return the whole box and order the same thing again. Not a great experience. Most of the time, of course, they are painless and fast, as long as nothing goes wrong.

An amazon driver attcked me today because I told him my package must be delivered to me and he had tossed it on the pavement where anybody could have taken it, After spending thousands of dollars I am no longer buying from them, they can go to hell with their free deliveries
