Verry disappointed...

I ordered a set of Argan Hair Growth shampoo & conditioner. 1st order was WRONG, re-order 2nd & 3rd time and again it was WRONG. Didn't send me the correct Shampoo and it was open.

Absolutely disgusting site... found out they had taken money out of my account and also my husband's. Contacted customers service l was on the phone an hour and a half trying to explain this? They said it was for this and that and echo dot don't know what that is but l don't have one? Eventually they said we had subscribed to unlimited Music and all we had to do was unsubscribe ha ha went to UNSUBSCRIBE and it said we couldn't because we had never Subscribed in the first place? More explanation needed to sort out! Frustration levels rising they also charged my husband for a song which cost $4.70... $4.70! So we had to get that money back too. Its STEALING from my bank account. Please keep an eye on your account.

I understand the delivery drivers don't work for Amazon but it would be nice if Amazon had some measures in place with the companies they hire to maintain some kind of quality control. I have had packages delivered where they are in such a hurry they don't even come all the way to the front door, just leave it halfway up the walk.

What I can say..., this is most annoying frustrating experience I had buying on Amazon... I am not a happy man not all!
First time I was told to send shipping receipt to cs amazon which I did on 14/08/2019 so the refund will be processed in 2 to 3 days
Second time on 17/08/2019 I contacted when package got delivered I was again tricked with lie that I will get refund 5 days from delivered date which was 23rd August 201,
Which in fact didn't happened so I contacted back third time and associate said she will issue a refund right away of order cost and your return shipping charge which later she claimed successfully issued on 28 august 2019 on her email confirmation..., which turned out to be nothing but again a trick lie as refund didn't happen as claimed will be credited to bank account by 3 September 2019.
Then I contacted back 8/09/2019 and was put through numerous associates with nothing but lies after lies when I demanded bank transaction reference number id... Which I was positive was never initiated at first place.
Finally when I refused to give up..., lead associate admitted that transaction was never initiated..., as seller has not initiated the refund.
So demanded an apology email with all measures which would be taken on this wrong habit of lying and false assurances which has been practiced among the Amazon customer contact associates..., so that other customer doesn't suffer or go through this annoying agonizing frustrating trauma with Amazon customer care as me.
Post email there was refund request send to seller by I associate..., but then I said that I received a confirmation email stating as below

And now today 09/09/2019 what I receive is another automated email from seller on return shipping
*** What made them all to lie..., is this some kind of big scam of looting stealing customer money along with seller... in case customer somehow ignore refund emails and bank statements... this can be some serious unclaimed tricked money!
Hope JEFF BEZOS can see how each passing day his so called customer centric company along with sellers are into wrong practices of lying and giving false assurances fooling its customers!

Amazon prime is a fraud

Please be aware don't buy electronic goods from Amazon prime they cheat u by delivering damaged goods n will not return or refund your amount. My order number is **************938 I received a damaged Kevin TV technician submitted the report it's damaged but still Amazon is neither refunding or exchanging the product. 3 of my friends has faced same issue

Amazon representatives including their supervisor threaten to hold my account because of a charge back. They told me on the phone and in writing to either drop the dispute against the third party amazon seller not fulfilled by amazon or threaten to place a hold on my account. The amount was exactly $4.04 on August 29,2019. I have been a happy and satisfied customer with Amazon since 2004 and have placed many orders.

I asked for help in writing explaining the situation but nothing has come as of today (9-07-2019)

Bad customer services

I M REALLY DISAPPOINTED. I CALLED TWICE REQUESTING UPDATE ON MY PACKAGE AND BOTH CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE Representative LIED TO ME SAYING MY PACKAGE IT SHOULD BE ARRIVING NEXT DAY. 3 DAY AFTER, FINALLY i spoke with a supervisor and she told me THAT THE PACKAGE IT will not ARRIVING soon BECAUSE of bad WEATHER. And my questions why they are be lying to me all this days ago

Best way to buy!

I'm very pleased with Amazon they have always treated me well and they always have good service. If the products are faulty they will take it back and sometimes if it's a big item all they want is a picture of it and they'll judge for themselves whether it's a faulty product. I bought a dog carriage from them in the wheels broke off in no time so they asked me to take a picture of it refunded my money didn't want me to send it back and I was extremely grateful! I do a lot of my shopping on Amazon because it's easier than going out to the mall or going to the post office and having to deal with all that The one thing I don't like about Amazon is they don't pay the workers enough when they're making so much money themselves!

In the last 6 months I've purchased 125 items on Amazon. I've used the same credit card for those purchases. My delivery address and my billing address are exactly the same. Both of my sons started fall classes this week, and surprise, surprise they need lots of things -- calculators, cooking stuff, etc. Yesterday, I sat down to bite the bullet and started ordering stuff on Amazon. You know you're in trouble when you use one-click and a screen pops up asking you for your address and other info. About half of my orders didn't go through and were denied by my credit card company who said Amazon submitted a billing address that was different from my billing address. I swore on stack of bibles that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was changed regarding my billing address. My CC company wouldn't honor the purchases I made. Now try finding an Amazon customer service representative who will help you with this ridiculous problem. NADA. How about this as a customer response to non-existent service? For every item denied, I plan to buy 10 items through Google or any other independent seller. I doubt Amazon cares, but I will feel better.

Amazon has gone downhill. I've been a loyal customer for quite a while now and something has changed. Over the last 5 days, I've had to deal with customer service 4 times. I won't go into all of the details with the issues because it would take too long to explain them all, but I'll list what I've had to deal with.

- Wrong package delivered.
- Several packages tagged as delivered but not.
- One packaged not received and could not be reordered.
- Several packages not delivered on guaranteed date.
- One item received was used and damaged.

All of that within 5 days. I had to deal with customer service 4 times and every time it was with someone with a heavy accent that was hard to understand. And they all made empty promises that this would never happen again. Every promise they made was broken. This is not the Amazon I used to enjoy using and depended on. I just cancelled my membership. And I'm glad cancelled when I did because it was set to renew in less than two weeks. I just saved myself $119 and more headaches.

TERRIBLE, (Amazon & vendor Creative Art Supply) Tried them for first time on a business order for canvases. Order never came, they billed me for an order that never came. There was no tracking number and 8 days later they tell me the order is lost.
Midway through all these phone calls they issue me a credit and tell me that the order will be late, to keep the order and not have to pay for it. Of course they lied on that. The order is just gone. I am left to be a very unhappy customer of Amazon Prime. PS the last woman I talked to could care less about this issue. She didn't even care that I was going to write a bad review. She sucked as a customer service person, and the real reason as incentive to write this review. Lousy Customer Service People

After ordering weekly with multiple items I got fed up with their crap, apparently Amazon will change the delivery date on your order if you remove a single item without notifying the customer. I paid for prime and never thought this could happen they just said I change the order so they changed the delivery. Unbelievable never again don't care how cheap or convenient.

I ordered a bed frame last week on amazon, and the seller was also amazon. My item was said to have shipped and would arrive the following Monday. Monday came and my package did not. I contacted customer service the next day because, now it was saying that the shipment was delayed. This went on for 2 days and each time I called they said it would ship out the following day. By Wednesday end of day my package was still delayed, and this time when I called, they couldn't even locate it! So I wanted the order cancelled because I needed the frame by a certain day, and now I just need to order a new one. They wouldn't let me cancel the order. I was on hold for 30ish minutes, the guy on the phone was really nice, but in the end still told me that it would take a few days to process the cancellation and the bed may ship before it's cancelled, which would mean I'd be charged for it. Well it did ship before the cancellation was process, but this time I was able to cancel it on my own. This review is partly for that, but I wouldn't be writing this if this next bit didn't happen.

So I wrote a review on the experience I had with trying to get the frame, and it got denied. I'm assuming the reason is because it's not technically a review for the bed frame itself, however the experience I had trying to attain the frame is worth sharing. So since they wouldn't let me post it there, here it is.

Even though this experience with the frame is 1 star, they still get 3 stars based on my previous experiences and the last guy that helped me. I received credit (only valid for amazon sold products) and my conversation with him was probably the most pleasant customer service experience I've ever had. His name is Jaime.
