Absolutely loved these DVD from amazon! They are extremely comfortable. And the shipping is very fast!
I really like Amazon Prime . At first I was a little spectacle of buying anything off their site ,But I decided to give it ago why not They have everything and anything you can think of ,I always get my package on time and love what they have to offer,They also have good customer service and if you have a problem with your product you can call them, So if you haven't tried them you should . This is the only site I will do all my my shopping for now on.Thanks for reading hope this helped .
Many consumers use amazon to create wishlists for gifting purposes. Unfortunately amazon.com has removed the feature to search for "public" wishlists. When I think public I think anyone has access. In order for consumers to share their wishlists with family, coworkers or an childs birthday party attendee you must share your wishlist through email or text. Which really puts a damper on a surprise gift if you've forgotten a invitation. Amazon currently has 3 choices but only 2 options for access to a wishlist... private, share, or public and the public feature of course is pointless without the ability to search. I've contacted customer service and many representatives didnt even know this had been changed. Agreeing that it completely removes the point in surprise gifting. After 5 csr's they confirmed that you must now share your "public" wishlist via some other platform ie. Email, text, or s social network. For this reason I'm currently doing my Christmas shopping on other sites.
The products are not as good or reliable. Shipping is horrible. I belong to Prime and shipping arrives very much past the promised date or not at all. Customer service sucks. Postal service sucks. Just not happy anymore but this seems to happen when companies get to big to handle orders, quality and promises.
Goodbye Amazon. Hello Ebay!
Amazon has become terrible since beginning their own prime delivery service in our area. I have never had an issue with deliveries from usps, ups or fed ex. Delivery issues have spiraled with Prime and range from cannot find address ( clearly marked on from of home) to being delivered to a home a few doors down which is vacant. Actually watched a driver get out of his vehicle, looked around lost and was about to put my package at the house a few doors down. When he saw me he asked where 319 was.
I just got off the phone with them minutes ago and was informed a delivery was sent to the wrong prime dispatch center by amazon but they will not do anything about it until expected delivery date passes. So in other words they hold my hard earned money while I get zero satisfaction from customer service even though the mistake is 100% on them. Best part is when I asked what can be done to compensate my time dealing with issues which are not my fault I am offered a 5$ credit on my prime membership. Prime has no longer become beneficial and I will be changing my online shopping to ebay or other companies.
It seems recently that Amazon shipping has changed. I am an Amazon Prime member and they always used to ship packages so they would arrive on the day promised. More and more now I am getting packages days later than promised. What't the point of Amazon Prime two-day shipping if you don't get a package for 3,4, or even 5 days?
Has something changed recently with their algorithms? I just ordered a popover pan, which is a metal pan to bake popovers in. After the order completed, it offered me a list of items: "sponsored products related to your purchases." It was a list entirely comprised of BUNION CORRECTORS. I have never needed or searched for a bunion corrector. I do not have a bunion, and am not sure how it is related to a popover pan.
Whatever, Amazon.
There is Amazon and there is sellercentral.amazon.com
Most customers only know about the showcase.
So let me explain to you, dear customers, how hard is to deal with Amazon seller and why I will never recommend anyone to buy anything anymore in this giant leader.
- They have the worst seller support at all times.
- As a seller if we have a question, we have to find by ourselves on some forum the answer, there is no or rarely the option to write a message. There is no phone number to contact the seller support.
- The commission is crazy high I was selling a food product for $12 after all the fees I received only $4
- When you can reach the seller support case log asking for help most of the time they will not help you at all. The only concern is themself.
- I lost 2 months because my product fall in the wrong section ( food supplement) when it was pickles.
- Since I know how hard is to make money for the supplier and how much Amazon put in their pocket and really do not care about their seller, I just want to never ever buy something there.

In August, I bought a complete dvd set from Amazon USA. My very first order with them. Murder, She Wrote. 200+ episodes on 63 discs. $AUS140. This included the shipping. Very happy with this price.
From the day I placed my order, the package only took 12 days to arrive on my doorstep in Australia.
I'm continually seeing lots of comments from others on Sitejabber about how long they have to wait for online orders to arrive. Ha! You guys have nothing to grumble about. How about having to wait 10 days for mail, from one suburb in a capital city to another suburb in the same capital city? This is the reality often, for all of us here in OZ, having to deal with Australia Post. They are always being voted the worst business in the country.
I'll be buying more dvds thru Amazon USA in the future. Or Ebay. Whichever one offers the cheapest dvd set that I'm after at the time. My list of "wants" gets longer by the day - Bionic Woman, Starsky & Hutch, The Waltons, Streets of San Francisco, Barnaby Jones, McMillan & Wife, Petrocelli. No prizes for guessing that I love tv series from the 70's & 80's:)
Thanks Amazon. You did good. Seems to me that you are on the ball, & you know what good customer service is all about. Keep up the good work.
I bought a double sided rammer off Amazon. The rammer was sweet as hell better rammer than the rammer we had bought 5 years ago when rammers just came to mexico.
I really like Amazon, and have been a customer for many years, and everyone I know buys off Amazon, and has a Amazon Prime Membership. Love Prime video and watch it every day. They have great customer service too. If I have had any problems I call their 800 number and have been taken care of pretty well. I have bought many used video games off of them, and gotten some of them for free because they weren't up to their like new standard as advertised. I knock off one star for their quality control department though, because whoever they got working in quality control sucks half the time because they will mark something like new that looks far from it. Sometimes I think maybe they substitute the like new product because they accidentally gave mine to someone else that bought the good to average condition one. One time I bought a used like new Ps2 video game off Amazon they gave me a beat up scratched up video game, and put a like new sticker over the a sticker that said it was good. Yes an Amazon employee tried to scam me into believing they gave me a like new product. I called the 800 number pissed, they told me sorry that happened, and they would give me a full refund, and have someone investigate the incident. They also told me I can keep the game, or toss it out, or give it away, and I didn't need to send it back. Hey the game was still playable so I just chalked it up to I got a free game because they did something stupid, apology accepted.
I would give Amazon prime a 5 star rating except their billing is so frustrating. For example I could order 3 items in one purchase and the total amount out of my checking account will be multiple purchases and usually doesn't total up to the same purchase amount. It makes it extremely difficult to figure out if I'm being charged the correct amount. When I tried to resolve this on amazon help chat I was told it could be because the purchase had multiple shipments. This is a ridiculous reason. If your purchase total is $75 then your checking account deduction should show $75. Not multiple deductions that don't equal the exact amount of your order. The amazon chat help was not helpful at all!
Has a lot of good items at some really good prices however I find it kinda suspicious then when it comes to shipping you always a few pennies shy of the minimum for free shipping. I do have to say that 99% of my purchases have been in a positive way and even if it was damaged or the wrong item the return process or refund process has been relatively easy.
Amazon is amazing I ordered bleaching soap. I love Amazon I will be ordering more soap. The soap worked quicky it was glauthione soap.
I am fully aware of Amazon's shady practices and mistreatment of employees, however, to deny the convenience and quality of the corporation would just be dishonest
Amazon is an out of control giant! They hire anyone to deliver your products that cost hundreds of dollars at times. These people are inexperienced with delivery, they take all night to deliver or they register your package as delivered and never even deliver it. Once it's dark outside, your package may end up at anyone's door because these morons dont care about finishing the route correctly. They have a map that only registers the package if you're close to the house but it can be ignored. I've had too many missing packages over the last few years. It's ridiculous. And, mostly all of the $#*!ty products come from China and are cheap. Jeff has gotten Rich and doesnt give a damn about his business anymore. I remember when Amazon was nothing but an idea. If this lack of care continues, it will end up being a disaster.
I ordered a Sigma camera lens on Amazon. However, it was damaged/not working properly when I received it. I had been traveling out of state for a month and by the time I returned home to un-box my package, the return window through Amazon had closed. I called them trying to get a return or exchange, but they jerked me around for 2 days and hours on the phone. Then they told me they wouldn't let me return it because I was 4 days past the return closing date. After trying and trying and talking to multiple people, they still wouldn't help me. This is just ridiculous, as none of this was in my control, and Amazon wouldn't fix their own issue. All I'm gonna say is AWFUL customer service, and remember to watch your return windows, because they will screw you out of $400 given the chance. Angel John and Daniel where especially unhelpful. Thanks for the memories Amazon!
Most deceptive company
Most deceptive company. They trick customers into signing up for prime. Then lie about the benefits of prime. Beware if you purchase a prime products and you aren't signed up for prime they will automatically start stealing money out of your account you used to purchase the product and good luck reaching anyone to have it stopped. Then they guarantee the prime product will be received within 1-2 days and that's a lie and you can't reach anyone when the product is fulfilled by amazon to find out where the product is. Not to mention most of there products are counterfeit and over priced I wish that this company was held accountable for there business practices and all the lies and deception and theft. They should be sued and put out of business! I can't stand Amazon!
In the last year I have order many things from Amazon, NO MORE. They have gotten into the practice of sending used items or previously open product. I am a customer that spends at least $3000. Or more every year for the last 8 years. Again, no more. I want and expect NEW products, it is what I paid for. I cannot think of a better way to lose customers and trust in a brand.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
