I love so many things about Amazon, their products, their prices, their Kindle readers, their Kindle Unlimited program, their Prime service (which they offered me at a discount since I'm low income), their free movies and tv series, fast shipping, and for me, good customer service always. I'm sorry others are not seemingly having as good of luck, but for me, this company is top notch. I had a horrible experience with JCP recently, very disappointing, but never (knock wood) with Amazon.

These details with card statement was already sent to their fax.
So now I am left with no means to use my own Rs.
3974/- in Amazon account, since my account is locked and no way to contact the Amazon team which blocked my account.
This seems unlogical that how I can ask
My bank issuing authority to contact amazon uk and send them fax as required by Amazon.

DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from 3rd party sellers offered through Amazon! NOTHING but hassles returning items & then waiting for the selling company to issue the refund. I LOVE Amazon BUT if it's NOT sold by "Amazon", will not order!
I order 90% of my holiday gifts from Amazon. They make shopping easy and stress free. My only complaint is their own delivery drivers aren't as reliable as other couriers. But overall it's hard for other companies to beat Amazon
On Black Friday I was going to order an Ipad, but noticed the deal would change each time I chose the item to a speaker. So I reached out to the customer service to see what I should do and was informed to place the order.
I placed the order then a few days later was told it was a glitch in the system and I am not getting the iPad which I paid for. They states that I can order the iPad but I will not get the deal since it's passed the date. I Asked to speak to someone about this and the person said the issue is resolved and I'm SOL.
I feel this is unfair and the deal should be honored since I ordered it on Black Friday.
Can't think of anything I want that is to on Amazon. I am a big believer in free shipping and Amazon offers that and it is well worth the annual fee.

I ordered a laptop on Black Friday from Amazon for $930 dollars. The day is was scheduled to be delivered Amazon sent message saying they had cancelled the order due to no stock. However, they still have it listed from another seller for $999. Shame on them, Amazon should have to pick up the entire difference in cost, not offer me a $10 credit!
5TH TIME I'VE CALLED AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PROCESS THE SAME RETURNS. Some uneducated and poorly trained amazon rep gave me bad information and told me to put the returns all in the same boxes. So I did... because why would I ignore direct advise from amazon customer service about returning multiple items? Rhetorical. I followed the customer service rep's directions and returned in two boxes, 6 items. Well 4 weeks, 4 long wasting-my-time calls, 6(?) or so chats, and many emails back and forth with amazon customer service later and on the 4th and completely pissed off call the SUPERVISOR tells me to call back later past YET ANOTHER DATE they have misquoted me to wait until my refunds have been processed. NO. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. At this point I demanded to speak to a manager, above a supervisor and have WASTED APPROXIMATELY 6 HOURS OF MY TIME, which is valuable, DEALING WITH AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO CANT SEEM TO FIND their own a$$ with two hands and a flashlight. I had to demand refunds for the 4 items THEY were missing because THEIR customer service rep gave me this bad information! UNACCEPTABLE ON SOOOOOO MANY LEVELS.
I'm on hour 8 on chat and phone calls trying to get a return applied to the correct credit card. Despite my instructions, they applied it to a closed bank account.
Their overseas call center instructed me to go to my old bank and ask for a check. LOL. I should put in more of my time and get laughed at by my old bank?
Now, I insisted on talking to the states. The first rep was kind but useless. He transferred me to his supervisor, Jane, who sounded just like an overseas rep - not positive, but I think he just transferred me overseas. And they said Prime members only have the option of refunds going back to the original payment method.

Monday November 25 2019, my car caught on fire and a driver from Amazon Prime stopped to put out the fire for me before the fire department showed up. The fire was right near the gas tank. So it could have easily been worse if he had not stopped to help me. Again thank you to the man who stopped.

Amazon is one of those corporations that control too much market to care about their customers. Good luck trying to cancel anything through them. They'll make it as difficult as it can be, typical sign of a company who puts their best interests always above the customer. They create hassle to discourage you from leaving them. The focus is to keep your money instead of truly listening to your feedback and make change. People like Amazon because of convenience, that's about it.
According to Amazon, Amazon has a policy below:

However, when I asked why a rating (no name, no review, no image, no audio) that violates the policy appears on Amazon, Amazon AI does not understand the question so it only repeats the same policy as below:

When I replied to the email above, there was no response. No matter what the replies were, Amazon never answered. There is no supervisor who could solve this problem in Amazon company. Since September, for longer than 60 days, 8 times of chatting, 2- hour phone calls, 40+ email messages have been wasted since Amazon automatically sends out automated replies that do not answer to the simplest request for deletion of a rating that violates Amazon policy.
Amazon site is either hacked or managed by Artificial Intelligence (AI) that is obviously not intelligent.
After this terrible and ridiculous experience, I am convinced that the future of Amazon is not so bright.
I believe that the AMAZON world is overrated without a doubt. I was more or less satisfied with the service, even "the nightmare" that I had to live this summer with the purchase of a fan... absolutely crazy. I spent a month receiving email from a manufacturer to whom the fan was supposedly selling to AMAZON, offering me discounts, each email was going up 5%, so that it did not return the item, which previously to AMAZON indicated that it did not meet the operating expectations indicated in his page... and I lost the account, but I think he sent me more than 15 emails... come on, what was said... nonsense.
I think that the AMAZON customer service department leaves a lot to be desired, rather they are somewhat ineffective, not very decisive and in the end it does not seem that they have cared to lose several clients, since in my AMAZON account we bought several members of my family.
And I have to say that there IS LIFE beyond AMAZON. A very high percentage of items can be found in EL CORTE INGLÉS (www.elcorteingles.com) or in neighborhood stores, and there you always have the guarantee of touching it, seeing it, smelling it, etc... before buying, and in many cases if you know how to search you save the Shipping cost and in the end it comes out better than in AMAZON.
Checked, it has been since September that I unsubscribed and no problem.
My recommendation... search on Google and it will give you other equally valid options, and in many cases BETTER than in AMAZON.
Warning if you order anything of value and the courier decides not to deliver or deliveries somewhere else AMAZON will use every excuse known to man not to refund you
1. No signature has not to been obtained.
2. Tracking info states delivered to a (shed) I don't have a shed.
3. Amazon told me to wait for 72+ hours.
4. I need a crime number from the police.
5. Check with neighbours.
6. Reported missing item to the police I have a crime number.
AND STILL NO REFUND. County court proceedings now!

I usually shop for produce myself but I injured my back several weeks ago and my wife broke her toe two days ago so we decided to try Amazon Fresh. We ordered green leaf lettuce but receive collard greens. We ordered blueberries but several were over ripe and mushy. One container was half empty. Some of the grape tomatoes that we ordered had mold on them.
Also, delivery guy left before we could tip him.
Amazon refunded those items but we ordered them because we wanted them.
Charge you instantly and you pay instantly or when it comes to getting a refund at Amazon now you have to wait two full weeks to get your money back if you buy products from them because somehow it takes 2 weeks for it to be looked at I'm done with Amazon I will never work for them again and I would never buy anything from their website ever again once I get my refunds processed I will be closing my account permanently.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
