I like the way amazon operate, and I like prime items, which is great, It's not a bad service, just sometimes delay shipping, which I did contact customer service and they refund item price and told me to keep the item.
It's great to handle problems by customer service, and give me free item for the delayed shipping. Happen only once, and I got items in time now days.
I've been using Amazon since 2012 and they actually great, I always received great service and my product arrives on time.

In 2019 my business placed 118 orders at amazon.com.
* Over 40% weren't packed properly, contained damaged, defective or wrong items.
* As year went on more deliveries got slower, slower and late.
* Returns were lost for up to 2 weeks at Amazon warehouse(s).
* Refunds were incorrect and rarely processed as promised in writing.
*Questions to Customer Service via online chats and emails were either wrong, empty promises, ZERO help or never answered at all!.
Jeff Bezos may be the wealthiest man on planet earth today but IMHO, his business has grown out of control and other retailers may soon have reasons to celebrate because I and others will not tolerate bad merchandise and bad service when it becomes a pattern.
I contacted Amazon non-support. I was signed up and paying for a service I did not authorize. I inquired about which IP or specific device I used, they could only say it was from a Kindle. I don't own a kindle or never have. I believe that this is fraud. They would only refund two months of payment. If anyone else has this situation please also post about it. I want a full refund from Amazon for charging me for something I did not authorize!
TOTAL SCAM. Ordered the item on sale. Got confirmation of order, money taken off my credit card, and then, a confirmation email of order purchase, processing and shipment. Checked the Order Status online - processed, and shipped with a delivery date. Delivery date came and went, and then I got an email saying I'm getting a refund on my credit card. All I wanted was my Echo. Customer Service Supervisor said I can reorder the item (now the price is $20 more) and when I get the order, they will compensate me. I asked for an email confirming this. Supervisor response was they can't send me an email with that info.
Never did get the "actual" reason for the cancellation.
So let me get this straight, I ordered the item, paid for the item, didn't get the item, and in order to resolve the issue, Amazon wants more of my money without guaranteeing I will get the item at the original cost.
I figure this review will last about three minutes on Amazon website before it gets ghosted

Order my daughters Christmas gifts and never received anything. Had to fight and co6call and chat with representative and being told they issued the refund. Them told not getting it. Over $600 and a little girls Christmas ruined. Absolutely disgusting and never will use along with alot if others who follow

It is a little expensive! And not so good! I think Amazon can do better to improve the service! And make a easy way to contact seller!
Continue to take funds from my card. Impossible to cancel. They won't answer the phone which states 24/7. Anything with one month free trial is a scam if you give card details. Site Amazon audible Australia.

I'm disgusted with amazons unilateral choices and decisions. They manipulate us to use them, charge more than other sites for the same products most of the time.
1. this order failed to deliver on Sunday. Header: Seller chose USPS for Sunday delivery.My review (that they removed later claiming it doesn't meet their GUIDELINES.: So, this is regarding sellers choice for shipping. Online shows this was delivered AT 7:19PM SUNDAY, 12/29/2019HOWEVER, It is NOT here yet. I sent email to seller about this and have not heard from them. From my desk I have a clear view of the dead end road, and my driveway. USPS DID NOT drive up here Sunday as promised. How can it say it's been delivered? It is not at the mailbox either, even checked next door. Not there either when I checked within an hour of the posted delivery time. WHERE IS MY ORDER!? End of email.
2. I have used Subscribe and Save for years, but the amounts almost always vary from original shipped amounts. They send email showing the purchases as all in one shipment. But they arrive separately, and totals are not correct. Sorting out the actual prices is time consuming, and different than they claimed.
3. Kindle unlimited, is very very limited. False advertising. (books for free costing $9.99/month. They give you ONE of a series, often the first one, get you hooked on the author then charge full price for everything from then on. Or they tease/tempt us with one more free book by the same author.)

Using other online retailers. I placed an order last night for several items. I checked my email 5 min Iater and noticed they referenced the wrong credit card so I called customer service to make the corrections. They said the credit card i requested will only be charged if the other one is declined. I then asked her not to use this card as my backup card and if the card I want to charge is declined I will provide another credit card or purchase the items at a later date. After waiting over 5 min on the phone, customer service assured me my back up card has been deleted and I will be notified if my card is declined. Less than 8 hours later I find out my back up credit card was charged. I called Amazon, and explained that due to their error I am unable to pay my rent. Amazon said they could do nothing but I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours. Extremely Upse

I purchased a used computer through amazon and after it started running incorrectly I contacted customer help and alerted them and was giving address and told I would receive a full refund from third party. So I did just as they instructed and weeks later I noticed only $900 of the $1844. So I contacted customer help again who told me that the third party company stated it was out of warranty and charged me a $944 restocking fee. I told them that they were the ones who instructed me to return the laptop and that I would receive my full refund. In the end they basically just said sorry we can't do anything and I am now out nearly $1,000. BE CAREFUL OF THESE SCUMBAGS, THIS IS THE WORSE HELP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND THERE EMPLOYEES CAN LITERALLY LIE TO YOU AND YOU GET SCREWED. I have been a loyal amazon customer since they first became a site and have spent tens of thousands through them and to be told I could return this for full refund which I made sure of before I turned around and purchased new version of computer for same price. To then find out left with negative balance and out $944 and told sorry will make sure with note this for the employee that told you that. If I was not lied to and told I would be paying a $944 restocking fee what person would ever return the computer?!?! Because of their employee lying I am now left screwed.
First I have to say, you will get a good whooping from these when you first try to find your rhythm haha lol I messed up soo many times but I can do it better now, I like them because it helps me warm up quicker than stretching before exercise. It is lightweight and the handles are really amazing. Made to be soft and able to grip easily even if sweating. It is easy to shorten the length, easy for beginners since I learned how to jump rope using this one but if it hits your leg it will sting (the only drawback of the metal cable).

I ORDER EVERYTHING I NEED EXCEPT FOR A NICE BEEF TENDERLOIN THAT I NEED TO GET FROM MY BUTCHER. THE 1 OR 2 TIMES THAT I HAD TO RETURN SOMETHING DEFECTIVE IT WAS EFFORTLESS. MAKE SURE YOU USE PRIME FOR EASY RETURNS. THE MOVIES ARE GREAT AS WELL!

I tried numerous times to create a year end item report on the Amazon site for tax purposes. The report would always come up blank so I tried the "chat" feature on Amazon. I was promptly answered by a bot who stated it would get someone to help me. Good think I'm not holding my breath cause it's been 45 minutes and no response...
They charge you a prime fee for their services, yet they give you no protection from shady sellers. Watch out for sketchy Chinese goods that are not only wrong sized but oddly proportioned. And if you try to return it and didn't save the tracking number, they will never issue you a refund, pretending they never received it. And Amazon will give you their sincerest apologies. But protect you from sketchy sellers? Not so much. All they basically had to say was "Sorry you lost $130. Better luck next time."
Beware of using gift cards. I was given gift cards for Christmas to purchase a tablet. Instead of taking the cost from the cards when I ordered, my credit card was charged. When I called, the rep told me they couldn't reverse the charge BUT they would send me a new one using the gift card balance and to return the other. The new one WASN'T processed. Called again and told "Nothing they can do". I can only reorser and return the original. I will use the balance on anything BUT a Fire tablet and then never order from them again. I'll keep Amazon Prime because I have videos I've purchased from there but I will NOT use Amazon for anything else again.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
