I discovered Amazon several years ago and it's definitely became My go to favorite place to browse and shop for all types of things. I love being able to shop in the comfort of being in My home and Amazon has just about everything to offer and in some cases Amazon is cheaper. If your going to be Shopping on Amazon I highly recommend to become a Prime Member. Amazon Prime offers 2 Day Shipping, Free Limited Access To Amazon Prime Music, Free Limited Video Streaming, Promotions, and more. Being a Prime Member has so many advantages. I will say theirs been times that I've had issues with not receiving My order, or things that's been damaged and some issues as well. But Amazon really has amazing Customer Service and for the majority of the issues they have refunded Me or fixed the problems. I really like that they have Great Customer Service. I know all of My purchases will be protected when I shop on Amazon.
Nice product. Can't tell you how well it works because I had to send it back due to the color. It's not "brown" it's tan. (See photo) I'm renovating parts of my RV and needed BROWN to match what's in here from the manufacturer, I ordered BROWN and this clearly isn't going to work. It also isn't "ivory" shipped to me in error. I don't know what you call it, I just know it's not BROWN.

Offered a promo for downloading their app and signing in for the first time with it. Did just that and I got a notification stating that my promo was denied. Contacted customer support and was informed of certain other "criteria" that was never initially stated. Went up to an alleged supervisor and he didn't solve the issue. Asked to speak to his boss and was denied. Have screenshot proof of the entire thing.

Amazon used to be great for refunding or replacing damaged shipments, no questions asked. That is no longer true. I received a box of glass canning jars shipped by Amazon that was partially shattered because there was no padding in the shipping carton. None. Reported that online (Amazon now has a Bot doing its customer service Chat, not a human) and was told that because it was from a third party seller, I have to send back the shipment and wait for a refund. Absolutely no way I am going to send back broken glass, and I am not going to wait for a refund. So I requested a phone call from customer service. Agent initially did the "third party seller" thing, but I called her on it. Almost everything is from a "third party seller" now, at Amazon, so that is a BS excuse. Even when it appears in the listing that an item is from Amazon, it is usually from a TPS. Also, the items broke because Amazon did such a shyte job at packaging them for shipping. So I suggested that she refund me only for those broken pieces. She agreed, but after checking to see whether she could do that she said all she could offer was a "promotional credit" toward Amazon merchandise. Once again, I called her on this, and demanded a true refund for all or part of the damaged shipment (I had provided a photo of the broken jars, btw.) I pointed out that this issue had nothing to do with the TPS because Amazon packaged the items for shipment. I said that she could just send an entire new shipment, since I did not get what I ordered, and I have consumer protection on my credit card account. Once again, she disappeared to check on this. She came back and said she could refund my credit card just for the broken jars.
Hardly worth my time arguing, given the low cost of the items, but I hate being jacked around by businesses when they are so clearly in the wrong. If you run up against this kind of thing with Amazon, stick to your guns and make them do the right thing for you. The TPS excuse is not thing but a way for them to dodge responsibility. If it is an item "fulfilled by Amazon," and it is damaged in shipping, Amazon is responsible for that, and Amazon should refund you for your loss.

You pay more than $100 a year for the membership so you can get free 2 day shipping and free streaming movies. I have had this service for 3 years and it has done nothing but disappoint me. I purchase A LOT online so I thought the free expedited shipping would be worth it. Only half of my orders show when their supposed to, and dealing with returns is way worse than Ebay ever was. They covertly charge you for other services like pantry and then make it a big deal to get rid of it. If you had a bad experience with a seller and want to voice your opinion, beware because sometime Amazon deletes your review if seller complains about it. As far as the movie streming? ITS WORTHLESS! The free movies are 75% garbage, the good ones they want you to buy or rent.
Thought I was getting a good deal on a microscope until it stopped working after a few months only to find that it was a poorly made item from China. Amazon should be required list country of origin on their products. I would never purchase any type of food supplements for myself or my pets in fear that it comes from China.
I bought a couple of items about a week ago. I never received the items. I told that to amazon more than once. They keep refusing to give me a refund for the items I didn't receive. They said they can't do anything unless a police report was filed. They just keep giving me the run around. I was transferred to 12 different people and they all said the same thing. I want my money back and I want back now.
I was charged for a prime account for 6 months that does not belong to me. I called and once I explained the issue, the associate decided that they would refund me for one month and refused to refund me for the other months. Although, he clearly stated the name of the prime account did not match the name on my card info. Once I asked to speak to someone who was able to do the refund, he brought a 'manager' to the line who pretended not to hear me and hung up on me after 5 seconds. I could clearly hear them, just as I had for the past 30 minutes I had been on the line.
I think Amazon has the worst customer service ever and robes people. It has been charging me more than $200 for a prime membership which I did not sign for. This was going on for a long time. I called they removed this membership thing which I've never used but charged for unknowingly. Now this morning I checked my bank account I saw a $16 pending from Amazon for an Amazon card. It has been almost 3 years since I purchased some curtains from you,, what card you are charging me for? Anyway my bank is going to take care of it but please stop! This is rediculous. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
