Charged credit card on Jan 2 for a purchase I did not make - no invoice was issued and when asked to provide proof of delivery and invoice I was told my account had been sanitized so there was no proof.
Yet I have email with a bogus order number - they say does not exist. Each of the 5 times I call they said I would get a refund within 3 to 5 days. As of today Jan 24th I have not received a refund proof of delivery or an invoice for the product.
WORST company ever when they make a mistake - apparently they just erase all proof

I bought a resilient sounds team 18 for over $1800 in total. The sub has a loose part in the magnet and the sub wasn't blown or abused. I had it for one week and when I finished its break in period I turned it up more and heard awful rattle inside which is called the shorting ring. GTA electronics says they won't refund and to talk to resilient sounds for warranty. The sub must have come to me defective because it's only a week old and the coil reads 1ohm like it should. Resilient sounds says to cut it open on video and they would do warranty if it's the shorting ring. All I want is what I paid for, a working subwoofer! Hopefully Amazon is gonna refund the purchase cause they have a a-z guarantee refund policy. I got a defective sub and want it returned and the seller and manufacturer are screwing me. Hopefully Amazon will help me but shame on gta electronics store and shame on resilient sounds. They should take the sub back and send me a new one that's been tested and works. The quality control is garbage not only the loose part in the magnet but the surround wasn't even glued properly. I though Amazon would be taking the game over but not when their third party sellers are doing such bad business. They small business guys will do just fine if this kinda crap keeps up.

Recently I did have ordered a item when i have received its seems like used item, when i asked to customer service they said i can see its not used item, also only you have option is to return and you have to wait 7 days for refund, that too you have to return by going to courier service and printing a paper if you do not have those things you are locked.

I have placed an order at least 7 times in the last 24 hours only to be told my card was declined. I called my bank and they maintain that not one issue was declined and that Amazon did not even try to use my card?! I revised my card info many times, in which every time the info was correct!
I've called their customer service many times only to be told it was fixed, it is not! Now the only department that I am told that can handle this is the fraud dep at Amazon. I'm so done with all the time I TOOK in trying to appease them.
I give the lowest ranking star which is a 1. If I could I would give them a 0!
I've been a reg customer almost weekly, I'm done getting stressed out!

I am so disappointed. I ordered a wheelbarrow. When it arrived it did not look like the picture at all and it was missing parts. We ordered a second wheelbarrow with the intent of sending back the first one. The second one came damaged and missing more parts. We returned the second one after going to 5 UPS depot to find one that would accept a large box. Customer Service agree to partial credit the one we agreed to keep because of the missing parts. However what we received was a refund for a combination of another product being returned and the wheelbarrow. The agreed upon credit amount was suppose to be a credit for the wheelbarrow only not a combination. Customer Service would not amend the error. Not to mention how hard it was to get a live person, and a recall after the call mysteriously dropped. I am polite and don't usually do reviews, but really, this is what shopping has come down to!

Crap DVDs

A year ago my sister bought me all the seasons of the series of the hard core jail show Oz from Amazon. We watched almost two seasons worth of episodes...then the show kept skipping, pausing and kicking the dvd player off to the menu screen. Very annoying. We thought maybe our old DVD player had crapped out. We decided to subscribe to Netflix. Fast forward a year...my sister got the latest YELLOWSTONE season 5 on DVD from Amazon. We watched 2 disks of the 5th season. The dvd started skipping, pausing, kicking the show to the menu screen. Looking at the virgin only played once DVD of both Oz and Yellowstone, they look shiny and new, free of dust or scratches. We decide to buy a brand new DVD player. Both DVDs still do not play and still farts around. Very, very annoying! Amazon had the orders of the new DVDs on our step in 2 days flat after ordering them on line... which is quit impressive...however my question is who is bootlegging these crap DVDs and selling them on Amazon? I've never had an issue with DVDs boughton in store. Eff Amazon's DVD sales

I make some product choices based on delivery timeframe. Why does Amazon change the delivery date…significantly as soon as the purchase goes through. This has gone from once in a while to a 95 % chance for every purchase. Amazon and google are in tandem pushing over priced alternative products even though my search is very specific. The fake 5 star reviews of products are way to easy to spot.

Awful Customer Service

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I needed help resetting my Audible account and the first person I spoke with did absolutely nothing. The second person suggested to try with all my potential accounts.

This van almost drove up my $#*! through construction zone up at SFU. Posted speed limit was 30kms but he was doing over 90kms so I pressed on my brakes 5 times to make the driver aware they needed to slow the $#*! down. He was about to pass me on the left but a truck was driving in the lane up the mountain. After the construction zone the van sped off doing over 100km easy but finally caught up with it at this light.

Took 5 calls to Amazon.ca to report it but zero people cared and couldn't tell me who to contact. I asked how are people supposed to report dangerous and erratic driver but all they said was to call the cops cause they had no clue what to do. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told they couldn't do that.

These driver like $#*!s in and through construction sites all the time. When I say something to the drivers they shrug and tell me oh well. Wtf happens when they kill someone?

I basically had a supervisor, who didn't give her name tell me to stop ordering with Amazon as they are unable to resolve the fraudulent activity on my account. Amazon does not care about the persons that made them who they are. I rarely return items on Amazon and in trying to return a product its proven to be hellish!

Amzaon has created an 'automatic repeat order' for items. It is a senseless money grabber for such a big company. It creates a lot of inconveinces for me lately ( i bought an antifungal cream form amazon) and i believe to a lot of coustoms too. The repeat order number could be placed to a maximum 30 something times automatically. This will be the second time i will be returning the item when it arrives. I will only order from amazon if i have to from now on.

For all its faults of garbage build up and small store closures, Amazon has been a miracle store for me. Things I didn't even know existed are available, I got elderberry syrop for my grand daughter the next day!? It has opened my eyes to so many possibilities for crafts, repairs and quality. I don't know how they accomplish such great service, never heard of before. Much Much appreciated ALL AMAZON WORKERS! BRAVO!

The past two items delivered by Amazon were brought in boxes covered with shipping labels. One box had a hole punctured into it. The items inside were fine, but the boxes are a mess. Both are Christmas gifts and I will have to rebox before wrapping.
I am starting to buy elsewhere. These items look like they have been returned and resold by Amazon. Buying locally seems like the way to go.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AMAZON HAS SERIOUSLY GONE IN THE CRAPPER. IT WOULD BE MUCH EASIER TO SHOP IN THE STORES AGAIN, THAN ONLINE. AFTER SPENDING 5 - 10 MINUTES ANSWERING TO A STUPID COMPUTER VOICE, YOU THEN GET INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE JUST AS DUMB, CANNOT SPELL BASIC NAMES, CANT SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH, CANT FIGURE OUT OR WORSE YET SOLVE YOUR ISSUES. AND IM SO FED UP UP WITH THIS RIDICULOUS VERIFICATION THROUGH EMAIL OR TEXT CRAP. I REITERATE, IT WOULD BE SIMPLER TO RETURN TO GET OUT ON FOOT TO DO YOUR SHOPPING. WHICH I WILL BE DOING. AND TO THINK I PAY THESE GUYS EVERY MONTH, FOR THIS SERVICE (WHETHER I SHOP OR NOT) JOKE, JOKE, JOKE.

DONT WASTE MONEY ON PRIME

Amazon Canada customer service has gone so far down hill. Most deliveries are now delayed, evern with prime and Amazon keeps saying they may come in the next week or 2. What? Week or 2 past the promised delivery date for a prime delivery? BUY LOCAL...Amazon no longer stands behind late or lost deliveries...even for prime members. I am done ordering with them

Lied to me after 9 people

I ordered Sauna a blanket and it went on sale for $110 cheaper after being on the phone for three hours and talking to nine people. They told me that they were going to give me a credit of $105 I spend about 1000 to 2000 a month I have also been paying for Amazon prime for a very long time. I went to order on my account and the credit was not there. I called Amazon and they made me tell them again who I was kept me on the phone for another hour only to tell me that they were not going to give me the $105, I am so disappointed they knew that I was sick because I kept telling them I need to get my prescription and that my granddaughter is sick. I lost my 23 year-old daughter that's the girls mom so I really just needed them to understand that this was not good for my mental health them lying to me like this and keeping me on the phone for three whole hours only to be lied to I am upset I feel betrayed and I was not able to get my appointments in because of this they don't let you speak to a manager, so I am going to be done now with Amazon, if someone spent all that money in my business, I would do anything that I could to help. They also know that I have arthritis through my whole body. They told me to send it back and it's 90 pounds. I cannot do that. I am feeling lied to, and betrayed.

Felt like nowadays, Return policies are favoring sellers than customers … Amazon customer service treating customers extra miles are not anymore happening…. They just want customers to contact Amazon and Sellers for their own returns … People are loosing patience with customer service employees…

I spent nearly a month in contact with several customer service associates trying to get answers as to where my package is. I said multiple times that I do not want a refund instead of having them send the items and making sure I get what I ordered. Instead, they blamed me for the package going missing, and said it was delivered and I need to go ask neighbours if they got it. Then, when I finally started to get frustrated and said they needed to make this right by sending the items again, I was issued a refund without anyone consulting or informing me. When I tried to speak with a CSA, she ignored my request to speak to a supervisor and then ended the chat. I called several times and finally got through to someone who tried to tell me over and over that there is nothing that can be done. Finally he agreed to transfer my call to the supervisor who was incredibly rude to me. She was very short with me, did not bother to look into anything, and just said the refund has already been issued so "the problem is solved". When I said no it has not been, as I ordered the items when on sale (as I am a student and can always use any sale prices I can get) and still need the items, she became even more rude and said she won't be helping me at all. I was told that I am "going in circles" about the issue, even though I was just asking questions about why this happened. When I told her I had screenshots of every chat and email from amazon associates, she went very quiet and quickly told me that if I had no other issues, she was going to hang up. In the middle of me saying "wait", she hung up the call. I got 0 support from her, or many of the CSA. I am very upset a the whole situation! Now I am just hoping they actually send me the refund, and I will no longer be ordering from Amazon. I could not believe the attitude and lack of consideration for someone who has ordered several things over the last many years. So much for "valued customer" :(
