SEVERAL TRIPS TO THE VET WITH NO RESULTS. ORDERED AND USED ZYMOX PLUS, THE EAR INFECTION WAS GONE WITHIN A WEEK! SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FAST AND THE PRICES ARE GREAT, NO COMPARISON TO VET BILLS.
I just got off the phone with Allivet and they are perfectly okay with sending out antibiotics that are already midlife. The Fish Zole I received expires in 10 months (compared to 18 months previously) and it is MY problem if I'm not using all 30 tablets before that time. Unbelievable! They offered a refund, but now I have to package it up and send it back, find another source of antibiotics, wait again for it to arrive, and so on, and so forth. The fact remains, they're sending out midlife antibiotics and are aware of it. I'm done with Allivet.

My 4 dogs really love these vitamins tried others had a hard time getting them to eat them but not these vitamins they sit down and wait for them every morning
We've been using Allivet for years and have several canine prescriptions set up on auto ship. Their pricing cannot be beat, and they do a wonderful job following up with doctors to receive authorization. They've also been very helpful and friendly when I've had to call due errors on my part (shipments going to an old address) or to expedite a vet approval.
I have used allivet several times now to purchase medications for my pets. The service is speedy and dependable. However, the reason for four stars is it seems every time I order the price increases. And there is no reward like a single free shipping for lets say every fifth or tenth order for being a consistent customer.
Instructed by vet to get generic cat flea meds and this was the place that popped up. Chewy didnt even carry it yet!

Prices are ok, some of the items do NOT work, but that is the manufacturer However the SCARY5 $5 off promo DOES NOT WORK The items purchased are not on the excluded items... The last promo I got from their email did NOT WORK. So just be prepared to pay the full price and NO DISCOUNTS
I tried allivet after having issues getting my dogs life saving medication from 1800 petmeds. They would say they had it in stock on their website, I would go through the whole process of purchasing, and in the end it would give me some error. I would call them, be on hold for forever, and learn that they do not have it in stock. They would then tell me they "think" it should be in stock in two weeks. Two weeks later, I go through this whole process again. I did this for months with them, they never had any idea when they would get in medication. I turned to Allivet, and had my meds on my door a few days later. They answered my email within a day and were very helpful and supportive. I'm never going back!
The RX pricing is great and The free standard shipping & speed is decent also. Or it $7 for expedited, $14 for 2nd day. The best part is that customer service is very responsive via email and phone... and it doesn't take long at all for them to fax my vet for a script. I'm very happy with Allivet

Too expensive but i cannot get medications anywhere but Allivet. I wish more discounts is given since I've been ordering from Allivet for over two years now.
I really love Allivet, their prices are great, they call my vet to get the prescription refills and their auto ship saves me having to remember to order the dogs medicine before it runs out.
