It says 2-3 day shipping. I ordered my meds, prescription approved next day and it took longer for them to ship and get it to me than 2-3 days. They said they would use FedEx in future. It still took longer then the 2-3 day shipping time. On prescriptions, it says "Best Price Guarantee Found a lower price? We'll beat it". I called customer service, said what I pay at vet's office for medication, said they would give me $25 off medication. I gave customer service price I paid at vet, how many pills, and dosage, she knew $25 off would not meet or beat vet price. I said I will cancel meds and get them at vet's office. Horrible customer service!
This site is ran by a bunch of unorganized foreigners. 3+weeks and I still haven't received my medication. No one can help me or find my prescription but not to worry my friend I am escalating your case. You'll have a response in 24-48 hours.
I placed an order for an antibiotic that my dog needs on Monday 2/17. Allivet STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED this antibiotic. I cannot get a response back via email from their customer service and I have called multiple times and was just lied to about this prescription being shipped. My dog has a rash that is spreading and needs these antibiotics and I have NO IDEA when I will be getting them. The customer service and lack of communication here is unacceptable. I will NEVER order through Allivet again. There are way too many other options that are way more reliable.
Ordered meds for my dying Aussie that was "next day ship" on 02/08. As of this writing 02/15 have still not received product. Called twice. On Thurs waited over 20 min to be told it would be delivered 02/15 by Fedex. Called today after no delivery and after being on hold 34 min was told "do not know how it is being shipped. Can try the tracking number with Fedex and if that doesn't work try USPS" Totally unacceptable! Hope my dog lives to get the medicine. Of course I have ordered elsewhere for overnight delivery from Amazon
Day 4 after submitting a prescription for my dog and I had to actually resend it for the fourth time. Customer service is so terrible I had to employ relaxation techniques to maintain. I sent the medical record and my copy of the prescription. Told me they couldn't accept that. I forwarded the email containing the prescription from vetster. They told me they couldn't accept that. I got on the f'n phone with vetster and MADE THEM FAX THE SCRIP. I email to verify she got it and she says "the pharmacy is actually closed so I have no way of verifying if we got it or not"
It's the best pet shop if you need to buy some pharmacy for your pet.
I have a dog and things happen... He is prescribed certain drugs to recover from an injury and actually this website came in handy for me. There are tons of various drugs for pets and some other accessories if you want to but them.
Delivery was effortless completely. The stuff was delivered within specified timeline and I am thankful to this service for such a prompt shipping, cuz my dog really needs these drugs.

Hold credit card hostage, out of your control and in theirs.
Beware. For a long time I had a good relationship with Allivet. Then I noticed their advertised auto ship prices weren't corresponding with the amount I was being billed.
I called last week and told them I had plenty of a certain RX for my dog and not to autoship that order. I was very specific about the medication. There was only one medication in the order. The rep assured me the shipment would not be sent this time. You can't stop an autoship anymore online, you have to call to get it done. This is very annoying. It is not a good business practice. It also-takes the control of my credit card that pays for the autoship in their hands. You aren't allowed to delete a credit card if you have autoships on file unless you put another credit card number in. The medication got shipped for $100. A medication I do not need. I called to complain and they did not offer to make it good. "Sorry" doesn't help my checkbook. I went into my account to end my business with this company, to stop all autoships and take my credit card off the account. Can not do it, not allowed without talking to a rep. I called and they told me they were cancelling my autoships and taking my credit card off as payment but that is not what is showing online in my account. The credit card is still there the following day and so are the auto ships. They told me on the phone that the autoships and credit card are deleted on their end, but since they already lied to me about the other matter, I don't believe them. I am contacting the attorney general for my state Monday and filing a complaint. It is my credit card and I should be able to take it off my account for payment at my convenience. It is their responsibility not to ship an order unless a credit card is on file. They are hold my credit card hostage. This may be illegal. I am going to Chewy. I always get good customer service there and have control of my account. I can guarantee these guys won't send you a condolence card if your pet dies.
On autoship and they are chargins me $100 instead of the $62 listed price on their website! Beware. You could be paying almost 2x the cost for autoship. So much for advertised cost savings! Called an they said the price went up; even though their website advertised the $62 price! Pathetic! You might save on first autoship; but watch out for the following price hikes!
Allicheap should be their name There's a reason they're so cheap like they say you get what you pay for. I wish I'd never heard of them. Took them 2 weeks to get my pets meds which he no longer needed by the time they finally arrived here. They never told me my vet would refuse to confirm either their emails or phone calls. I had to learn that from my vet. Then to make it up they assured me they would overnight vs USPS my order. They didn't. They sent it regular USPS. Then to make up for that snafu they told me they were giving me a $15 off coupon which didn't work when I tried to use it. I wrote them about all this they never replied back. Like I said you get what you pay for. Allicheap is my name for them More accurate. Worthless bunch.Giant waste of time worth neither the aggravation or frustration I had to endure with them
Placed and order and 2 days later called because you did not even attempt to call the vet for the RX. This is necessary MEDICINE not a toy. The rep put me on hold multiple times and all he could offer were apologies. Shipping was supposed to be 1-3 days yet 2 days passed and they had not even attempted to call the vet. Won't be purchasing anything else from here. They don't seem to know that medicine is NECESSARY.
The.hold time on the phone line may be a little.long but they seem to want.to make.it.worth your while.
They state they will price match any online pharmacy. " NOT TRUE"

Walmart PetRx turned over accounts to allivet. Allivet does not allow online cancellations of autoship - you have to call them. I paused all autoships until I had time to reach someone by phone. One is suddently active again and was shipped against my wishes at an exhorbitant price. I have NO card or payment method on file. Hmmm. I don't do business with companies who operate this way.
My pet's prescription was transferred to Allivet from Walmart Pet Rx. The price of my first auto shipment from Allivet was 125% higher than previous shipments form Walmart. I called and they offered me a 10% discount. They said, "The price of the medication went up." HA! I can still find it from other places for the lower price. They finally reduced it by 40% for 6 months. That gives me time to get the necessary paperwork to get it from somewhere else. Even Walmart regular pharmacy is less than what Allivet agreed to give me for 6 months with GoodRx.
I was charged for $265.03 to my Capital One Walmart Card for an order I did not place. I receive my pets medication from my Vet's office.
I have two of my 5 dogs in the allivet system. I get Simparica Trio and Carprofen through Allivet as it is cheaper than my vet office. I have yet to place an order in the nearly two years with them that does not require me to call and fix a problem. I placed a re-order of a prescription from 6 months ago and it still got messed up. They submitted the same dog (larger) twice for the Trio order to my vet, which meant they couldn't fill it. Calling customer service was frustrating and irritating. The CS rep apologized "for the misunderstanding" (they just faxed incorrectly, no misunderstanding) but although the words were said, the indifference came through loud and clear.
First, they do have good prices BUT if you need customer service forget about it. Call centers not helpful and clearly based in India. After three calls to people I could not understand I gave up. I then tried the online chat three times over the span of several days and never got a reply from their end. It was during their stated service hours. I then wrote an e-mail detailing the above problems. They replied they were sorry for the experience and it wasn't up to their standards and someone would call me in 24-48 hours. That was 4 days ago, have heard nothing. I run a senior dog rescue and have 31 dogs. I will be moving my business to Chewy as the current Rx's expire. They are a bit more expensive but get responsive customer service when needed and I am willing to pay some extra for that.
Service is simply NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! Will not order EVER AGAIN! Would rather spend more to get good service! I have been a customer for a number of years and it seems that Allivet has an issue of one kind or another and is unable to fill a prescription efficiently!
Told four different stories (Confirmed with my vet that each of the four stories were FALSE) trying to get a simple refill.
Seems impossible to get a coordinated reply on the autoship. One small issues come up. You get emails but you can't reply to him. You keep calling and you can't get an answer or can't get through. They need to streamline correcting issues when it occurs on autoships. More than just cancel and reinstate. Ie please rerun the credit card when transactions fail. Another great thing is to reply to the email with a check box of what issue you want corrected ie rerun credit card, stop out of ship, request prescription with vet on file etc...etc
Reviewed website and decided to direct call Miami company to confirm "FRONT DOOR DELIVERY" & then placed order. 4 days later receive tracking info showing USPS delivery tomorrow by 9pm. THEY DO DO NOT DELIVER TO FRONT DOOR, IF YOU EVEN EVER GET YOUR PACKAGE AT ALL. Just went through this with Amazon; that's why I called first & was PROMISED- FEDEX. Called today & she said, "Our mistake, will overnight FEDEX front door and will have tomorrow. If USPS eventually shows up in box, just keep it. Realized I will not be home if need to sign, called back & now told by Effron, "NO, NOT DOING THAT UNTIL POSTAL DOES NOT PUT IN BOX". WHAT HAPPENED TO FRONT DOOR DELIVERY PROMISED? Cannot trust what employees tell you nor trust website information. Will use Chewy next time; comes to front door & employees are professional on the phone.
Answer: They advertise medications with photos of the manufacturers' packaging. However it seems that when a customer gets the meds they are not in the original packaging. There is really no way to verify that the meds are either authentic (as opposed to counterfeit) or that they are not expired. Individual tablets are not stamped with dates. When they failed to send me medication in the manufacturer bottle, I contacted my credit card company, then ordered from a different vendor.
