I am so glad that I found Allivet website. I did comparison shopping and found this to be the most cost effective. It's so easy to use and I highly advise using Allivet company.
They not only shipped just a partial order but they never informed me the one item was missing and out of stock. The 2nd of the 4 customer service reps I dealt with told me all warehouses except one had the meds. In stock and she would make sure I'd get it. There seems to be different levels of agents but still none were able to deliver on the one med. I needed the most. No matter how cheap they are they are not worth the hassle of dealing with customer service.
I've had trouble with their customer service many times before. Typically they blame the Veterinarian for not authorizing the refill but always turns out it's just them who are slow. I'm done with them.
This company will try to rip you off if you sign up for AutoShip. They do not allow online Autoship cancellations. Then you have to call and stay on hold forever. After you tell them to cancel it, they still don't. Later you receive a shipping notice and they have already fraudulently charged your card. You then must stay on hold forever once again to tell them what you think of their fraud activity. Better to pay an extra dollar from a different company than to deal with their BS.
I have two cats. They're pretty old and they're required to be taken care of them, because sometimes they feel loneliness when I'm outside of my home, because I have to work. I undertsnad that this loneliness which they feel can easily harm their health. I have decided to apply to doctors which understand the psychology and physiology of animals. They explained me that everything is okay with my cats and they feel perfectly. When cats got used to live with human beings, they alway feel loneliness, because they're too attached to human. I try to comly with recommendations of doctors and I will apply here once again.
I have a great dog and I love him with all my heart actually. My dog is pretty old and he requires to be fed with particular food, which I couldn't find in ordinary pet shops. I realized that nowadays you can buy many things online without going somewhere, especially nowadays, when it's unwillingly to go outside. I found this company and started to explore the assortment presented here. I searched for the required food half an houre and finally I could find it. I asked was this food in stock and got a quick respond. Highly recommend this shop for those who have domestic animals.
Very sad picture: I am an old customer but now will think twice before ordering from Allivet. According to my invoice I purchased 200 pills for 21 cents each, which makes $42. Then somehow total became $44.00 - without any add ons. In addition, charges were made for FREIGHT - which in reality meant USPS (postal service, i. E. - envelope in mail called DELIVERY), and taxes were taken from this strange total + this freight (won't be able though to take it from DELIVERY charge- if this would be fair way of running business), and total order became $53.29. I looked at the previous orders - YESSS - they add to subtotal your autoship discount and then subtract it - saying that you've got a discount... At least it was not taxed before... But they started taking taxes from medications prices with so called freight (which is in reality a delivery charge - legally two different things) - all this sounds very cheesy, and probably requires some attention. Makes a good profit if each medication order gets additional 5-10-15 bucks on top... First call to customer service resulted in the fact that the guy looked at this math and hang up on me... Second call was even worse - the girl looked at the numbers and also understood that math is wrong, so she went to their accounting department and came back in 10 minutes with 'they are very busy now, please, leave your number and our accounting will contact you later' This of course never happened... I wouldn't mind paying these extra 6-7 dollars, but this method which is changing from purchase to purchase makes me think that advertised price of 21 cent per pill is coming to 27 cents - there are competitors on the market who deliver for free and charge less.

They never told me there was a problem with my dog's perscription until I called in to figure out why I hadn't received my medication. I ended up talking to customer service 4 times and the problem was never resolved. Told me they didn't get the perscription, then a different customer service rep said they did have it. They told me my dog had no refills when I had a copy of the perscription that specifically said one refill. It went on and on. Never ordering from there again.
Unreliable meanings I never know when I would receive my order. This time for instance, my auto shipment date was set on 8/25. Because we are running low on my dog's medicine, I called the customer service a week before to making sure 8/25 is the date of order arrival, not the date they ship out the order. In fact, I called them twice to confirm that, thinking I may not need expedited shipping since my inventory would last till 8/29. When I still don't receive the delivery till yesterday 8/30, I was frustrated to find out the delivery date will be much later till 9/3.
I wish the customer service could be more accurate with information they provided. In the past, the auto shipping would arrived early most of the time, which is perfectly fine. However, these are life supporting medicines, not just any treats or vitamins, late arrival is threatening to my dog's life!
The coupon didn't apply. I checked it several times, it was not expired and now I see in other reviews that Im not alone with this issue.
I have been ordering from them for several years and even recommended them to many. This last order was a disaster and they don't even care. No response from them so I will be finding a new company. They canceled my order because they said it wasn't approved by vet so reordered asking vet to approve again. They called allivet and were told it was payment and shipping that was wrong. I checked account before calling and it was correct. When I reached them they said it was a misunderstanding and would reach out to vet. Then they said they would overnight. They changed my shipping address and then shipped to the wrong place. They said they would overnight again and didn't send it. It then took several more days which puts my dogs without their monthly heart worm treatment. And everyone knows they won't guarantee unless given specifically at the time due. When contacting them they didn't respond. When I called to cancel auto ship they were perfectly fine with me leaving them.

In March I mailed in prescription for medication for my cat. Today I have learned that this prescription never was uploaded to my file and now I need to do it all over again. When I spoke to their customer service in March they told me where to mail.
Well, now I do not even want to deal with them any longer. They just lost their customer because of poor case management.
Watch out. They keep your card info and reship and charge card even when you haven't opted in for reorder. The reorder thing is so embedded in shopping experience it's like a constant banner pop up. I would use another site unless you want an unpleasant surprise.
Taxes is going at the end, otherwise telemarketers are great, good price, shipping is expensed is not priority or overnight but they chatged like this
Love the fact they have an easy quick reorder button saved to your account when you sign in. I would not be able to remember my prescription or the product i needed without it. Thanks for making it super easy for me to checkout!
Ordered Flea and Tick Medicine on March 26th. Product shipped USPS on March 29 and as of April 6th product has not left Florida processing point. They should consider using other shipping than USPS!

Trash company. I will be writing a review on any outlet I can find that you have a profile on. These thieves stole over $330 and will not send my cat's inhaler to my address. The package keeps going from the east coast to the west coast and so forth when I live in NYC and they apparently ship from FL. My cat ended up in the hospital from asthma attacks because they decided to lie about his medication. Truly criminals - they refuse to give me a refund aka will not respond to my emails either
Not 2-day overnight service, but direct overnight a.m. delivery from Florida to S. California. Was in a foam lined box and 4 ice packs! Most places you have to pay extra for all that. The Merck Prestige 5 kit + West Nile was $10 less than everyone else the shipping ice and packaging was included which would have cost $10 everywhere else, so I'm extremely impressed by Allivet!
Answer: They advertise medications with photos of the manufacturers' packaging. However it seems that when a customer gets the meds they are not in the original packaging. There is really no way to verify that the meds are either authentic (as opposed to counterfeit) or that they are not expired. Individual tablets are not stamped with dates. When they failed to send me medication in the manufacturer bottle, I contacted my credit card company, then ordered from a different vendor.
