This site provides excellent service and support. The price is the best on the web. I wish, as a regular customer of an expensive prescription, it would be nice if they had an occasional reward.
The medicine I receive for my dogs is good and works just fine on her. But the customer service from Allivet is my favorite part. If there is ever a problem you can call them and they are incredibly nice and sweet! I adore them! Most of my shipments have arrived within 24 hours of placing an order, granted I live in the same zip code. But they are the best of the best!
I order all my pet meds from here. They have the best prices. The shipping is free and the items arrive on time. They also contact my vet when needed.

Ran into several issues in the last few months with cancelled orders, back-ordered prescriptions with no expected date of delivery, and the like. If you can't guarantee your supply, you shouldn't be offering it.
I have since moved to another provider. My dog needs his medicine, that's why its prescribed.
Allivet stores all my previous orders. Instead of having to search or go through the catalog, I can quickly and easily pick individual items from a previous order, for my current new order.

It says active ingredient is 2% percent chlorhexadine. They are decieving because they wont show back of bottle. It has some chemical called IPA, and ocean blue scent, and some other inorganic chemicals, it smells like a strong purfume not a killing chemical, my dog had a stuffy nose after first bath and i deluted it correct., i will never buy from them again, i wont be using on my dog any more its going to go as a very expensive clothes wash soap. A waste!

After Fedex beat up the box in which my fly spray came, I sent an email to Allivet customer service advising them of the problem. In one day, Rhianna from customer support, processed an order to replace ALL three bottles of fly spray. I told her only two of them had opened and leaked, but she insisted to replace them all. Not only did Allivet have the best prices, they have a lower threshold for free shipping at only $49. I will continue to order from this company and hope they change their shipping company.

I'm very happy with Allivet. Products arrive fast and the product is always good quality. Most medication prescribed to my pet are available at Alllivet. It saves me a lot of money and I can give py pet the care she needs.
I have used an antiseptic spray for yeast for years on my bloodhound and when I first ordered from Allivet I received the same product I have always used with the same labeling. After sometime the product I was receiving from Allivet the label changed, but I just figured that the manufacturer changed the labeling color.
I was curious so I investigated on another site for my original product and found that the Allivet product was not the same.
Now I am not sure if Allivet knew of the difference or not, but I have been using the wrong product and will now order from the other site.
I believe Allivet to be a good company, but should you notice a similar change in labeling it usually means it's a different product according to my Vet which I found to be true in this case. If you notice any changes be sure to check the formula especially the percentages of each ingredient. It's not about price it's about using the correct prescription.

Always get fast and efficient service from Allivet for my dog prescription. We have never had any issue with ordering or a shipment.
It was like pulling teeth to place this order. I was replacing a credit card number, which I did, but then it would not progress to the next phase of ordering but wouldn't indicate the reason. After starting over, it indicated my credit card number was incorrect, which it was NOT. Finally, after a good deal of frustration, the order was placed.
I am very satisfied with Allivet services. The delivery of the order is always on time.The customer service is awesome. I failed to place my auto ship and my toy poodle was in need of the medication, Allivet shipped it to me next day delivery freeto me and my fur baby never missed a dose of medication.
