This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I was a first time customer who ordered heart worm medicine for my dog. Sounds that simple right, well let me share my nightmare with you to warn you about this company. There was a discrepancy in my dogs weight, so my vet validated it, allivet called me, and I authorized the medicine to be shipped. 1 week later, the medicine still was not sent. One week later I called and the representative told me we will send it next day delivery, no worries. Well, I received an email much later in the day they were out of stock and it would be 5-6 more days until they got it in. My dog had heart worms already, so it was important she had that medicine ASAP. That would be 2 weeks without it by the time the medicine came in. I called back and spoke to another representative who told me they'd send another brand and compensate the price due to their error. Well, this is when the worst part happened. Mind you I had already paid for the medicine on my chase Visa card. So, this representative tells me we need a card to keep on file, but "WE WILL NOT USE IT" with that I told him, "I DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO USE THIS CARD" I said that 3x's. Well, with that my debit card is charged 55.00 full price for the medicine they were compensating! I called allivet backend told them that was fraud they used the card after I told them 3 x's " I DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO USE THIS CARD" I called right back, told the lady representative to refund my money and cancel the order. The next day I called, the representative did not cancel the order, or refund my money! At this point I still do not have a product they charged me a total of 75.00 for when the product was already paid for! The next day I call back and the manager has an attitude making excuses when they committed an act of fraud they did not want to rectify. I told this manager to cancel the order and refund my money! A few dats later I get an alert they sent the medicine I canceled and asked for a refund for! I refused the package and my bank got my money back. This company is not worthy of being in business! I am appalled and my dog still doesn't have her medicine!'n
I have found Allivet to carry what I need, they're prompt re shipping, good packaging, and the price seems to be a few dollars cheaper than other places. I buy Zycortal which is a subcutaneous injectable medication to treat my dog who has Addison's disease.

I ordered a medication for my pet when I was told they had it in stock, provided my credit card number, name of vet, etc.; when it did not arrive, they said it was not available. I got fooled again a second time, and finally a third time over two months. They never had the medication, yet they confirmed every time they had it in stock when I called to confirm my order on line. I just called my credit cart to dispute the charge.
So easy to order and fast shipping. Much cheaper than buying my dogs monthly medication at the vets office!
I will not be using this pharmacy again and suggest that you do not either. My initial experience with them was ok. However, despite having taken every step they recommended along the way to manage my pets prescription refill, they repeatedly gave me misinformation, did not call back when they said they would and my senior pet is left with no prescription refills on a medication that he requires daily in order to stay alive. If your pet's medication is critical and they are dependent upon it, do not work with this pharmacy.
Its always nice to have a problem free order process. Allivet does the work for you. Contacts the vet to get the ok and ships upon approval. Thanks Allivet for making this so easy.
I absolutely love this website! While it does take a few days for it all to process and coordinate with the vet, it's worth it for the great price savings and convenience. The medicine is MUCH cheaper and arrives quickly, once the order processes. Give yourself a few extra days, especially if you're a new customer. I promise, it's worth it.

Very fast and efficient service glad to do business with them. I was able to have my vet write a script with the site as the vet's office was way to expensive, I get the script much cheaper on Allivet.
I've found that the prices on all but one of the medications and supplements my pets need are cheaper here than anywhere else I've found. I've had a couple different vets, and Allivet is great about contacting them for Rxs and getting in touch with me if there are issues.
I'm so thankful I found Allivet. It doesn't matter whether I need prescription meds or something for fleas, Allivet has what I need and at a price that I haven't found cheaper anywhere. The meds are the same as what you get from your vet but $2 to $5 cheaper. The orders have always been correct, complete and shipped quickly.
They get it right the first time, no hassles, medicines com quickly even when out of stock I never have to wait long. They keep in constant communication via phone and email.
