I use Alibris as a last resort. You all really $#*!ed me 10 years ago, and I try to get even by turning down Slibris even if Amazon is more expensive.

I was surprised I was charged shipping per book instead of a combined shipping. I was going to buy two books, so I dropped one.

Quick and easy even if they do require that I leave a longer review than just those first few words, which more than adequately describe my shopping experience.

Love Alibris Books! Wouldn't and have not purcased a new book in twenty years!

I ordered a book I wanted. I paid for it. In about a week it arrived at my house. It was in the condition that I agreed to when I purchased. It. I would choose Alibris again

Found the books easily; checkout was easy even though the books were bought from two different sellers - I hope in good reading conditon. I'm poor so appreciate that I can find used books at affordable prices.

I bought a book a few day ago, then today received an email that it had been cancelled because the book "was no longer available". Had to re-order and lost time in receiving it. Not happy. Also, I shouldn't have to agree to have my comments published on public websites in order to give my opinion. Not happy about that either. Drops my likelihood of recommending Alibris even more.

Difficult to get to the free shipping, although my order was costly. And, one item was cancelled from my order and I had to reorder and then pay more shipping. You shoul offer free shipping to ALL ORDERS over a certain dollar amount, or discount the total amount or give a discount coupon or code for the future.

Not always but almost always find exactly what I'm looking for here at prices WAY cheaper and with easy ordering and reasonable shipping. I despise Amazon's attempted monopoly of everything and here is part of the solution.

I've been buying from Alibris for a while now -- it's such a preferable alternative to you know who. I always find the books I'm looking for and even though I pay shipping, the prices are still very reasonable.

The site was easy to navigate and I had no trouble checking out. Also very happy I could use PayPal! So glad I can find books on here that are out of print.

Quick and easy way to reuse books. People, like me, who are in multiple book clubs accumulate books very quickly. These are often books I am unlikely to re-read at a later date. Since everyone in my group lives in the same small town, it is difficult to find these in the library.

There should be a picture of the book so that identification can be certain. This is particularly needed with the many editions and printings of many textbooks that are available.

I've been using Albris since college because there was no way I'd pay hundreds of dollars for a book I not only didn't want to read but would never read again.
I saved thousands of dollars through my college years.
Now as an adult with kids that I homeschool we use this website for everything including curriculum, pleasure reading and new kids books.
I love the fact that it does the price comparison for you, so you don't have to go to individual websites yourself. So much easier and way cheaper than going to a bookstore.

Alibris is user friendly. Never have a problem choosing a book and following through with checkout. Very much like the amount of information given about the book. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work!

Very Good. Easily found book I wanted to purchase and the price was right. I was however, disappointed that you didn't offer any incentive for free shipping.
