Very clear site both as to what's available and how to get it!
I completed the purchase, including my card details, but the system failed to register my order it seems, for some reason or another, so I had to repeat the whole process again; it is unclear why...
Had to re-enter card details. No explanation given why this is so.
Alibris usually have what I am looking for and this was no exception.
Great value service, easy to use and good selections, genres

Sorting by edition & paperback/hardback would be preferable to searching what seens to be the same book half a dozen times and scrolling through details
Although the article was described as Blu-Ray it was processed and billed as "DVD". I expect to receive a Blu-Ray disc. Also, the regional code of the disc was not given. I expect it to run in Europe (Region B). If the disc is deficient in these regards I reserve my right to return it.
I was charged a much higher price at checkout than given in the order
It has been mixed and i am greatful for the low cost text for my students from social deprived areas

Good, bit not quite as easy as it used to be - still an excellent source of foreign books!
I finally managed to place an order but the setup on screen seems to have changed.
Mistyping can be a little cumbersome to correct. Other than that straightforward and looking forward to my book (historical research).
Speedy checkout. Postage costs are reasonable and the books I was looking for, were easy to find.
Great! Sensible postage rates to the UK from USA. Thank you so much. 🙂
Excellent range of books, easy ordering. Thank you, I'm very pleased.
I found several books I had wanted for a while and was able to take advantage of your discounts and of your relatively low shipping costs.
Cumbersome in process, back and forth with bank approval and discount
Clear, Straight-forward, and comprehensive choice, at good prices
Simple, straight-forward, excellent election, and range to choose from
Thanks, the prices are good and there is international delivery.
Went like clockwork. Really looking forward to receiving this book
Two stars is generous.
A truly awful, disfunctional search experience (compared with the excellent AbeBooks site.)
