It was extremely easy to place the order. I hope that Covid isn't going to be the cause of the books arriving in more than 6 weeks time, as they are needed for Masters studies early at the end of August.
It was spoiled by getting a 'Invalid Publisher Code, Offer, or Publisher - Advertiser Partnership Status ' error when searching on www'usedbooksearch.net. This happens repeatedly. It; s very irritating to a customer, and you must be losing a lot of business.
Located item of interest and purchase process was quick and easy
I was delighted that you are able to supply a copy. Wasn't sure if I already have an a/c with you. Should you have another copy for sale in the future, do you have an ‘Alert system'? Best wishes, Pat
Looks like it worked but had disconnection just after I entered card number.
So many books to choose from - a book-lovers heaven
Alibris is very well set up and easy to find what you want.
Excellent: found the volume I was looking for n- and at a reasonable price
I can't get the site to display prices I pounds until I pay and change the currency for the processing to GBP.
Would help if
- more clarity about what constitutes a 1st edtion
- messages to sellers were copied to the sender
Only here I could buy this book! Thank you very much!
Always simply fab. Quick efficient searches, clear results, great service re: getting stuff sent. Such an easy and pleasurable way to stay off Amazon.
Except for my last order which still has not come, I have been impressed by the speed of delivery and quality of the purchases. It would be nice to have an email from Alibris to explain a prolonged delay.
Good choice of books at all price points, easy checkout
Fine but on checkout it would be good to have the delivery date confirmed
Loved the discount; Was dismayed when, at check-out, it had already been applied.
Only negative is that shipping cost should be shown on initial item page
Generally a good service. Some suppliers a little slow on delivery
Spent some time trying to buy books from the same vendor, only to find that shipping is per book.
I find Alibris website very professional and I also like the selections in used and new books.
