I wish Alibris showed the shipping cost from the very beginning-- a store that has a lower price but higher shipping might not end up being the best option. Also, I wish there was a way to combine shipping. It always feels like a ripoff when I have multiple shipping charges from the same seller.
You need to allow users to Step Back to the previous screen, if they realise they didn't do something right. Other vendors do this as normal.
You need to correct your website. It would not let me pay with PayPal, only card which I don't ever do. And it would not let me enter a postcode with letters for an English address which is what English postcodes consist of.
