Have been buying a lot of books recently and the service is good.
Search function is okay, shopping basket is not clear on where your items are. Shipping calculations should be confirmed before payment window, payment authorisation step is very dated.
Well laid out site, decent search facility, and all easy to use.
I had problems with payment. I don't like using my credit card without identification, so I have closed it for all non-identifyable purchases. It took me quite a while to figure out how to open my credit card in my internet bank. But now I know how to do it, and of course, my credit card is closed once again.
Search bar doesn't remember previous search, annoying to type whole title again when searching for books 1,2 and 3 in a series.

You always seem to have a copy of any book I'm looking fir, and almost always at a very reasonable price, witty lie shopping costs - especially from the US to the UK

Great! But a bit surprised that international shipping increased with £2 without any explanation. It does add quite a bit to the total when buying from many different sellers.
Straight forward however would like more information on the shipping.
The dealer Blackwell say standard shipping is free but Alibris charge. Would like to know why. If Blackwell ships the book it appears I am paying for postage already covered. More clarification would be helpful if it means through Alibris the delivery time is quicker hence the charge. Apart from that I am pleased with the user friendly site navigation.
Seems that when i looked back to see the same book it had gone up in price!
A little clunky and knowing postage costs prior to ordering would be useful.
