I've ordered from Alibris a few times before. The items are always just as described. I've never been disappointed! Great and trustworthy place to buy preowned cds!

I just had difficulty placing my order... over and over, deleting items, adding items to equal $50 so I could use my gift card. Then when I got the order down in price, I had to add the shipping charge that I didn't expect to be so much. So I had to put stuff back in my wishlist again, and again. Just a real pain trying to order my stuff in the wishlist. Then I had to add some stuff in my wishlist to equal under $50, then the shipping became a problem again. So, the heck with it, I just used my bank card. And please delete Margie Husner (spelling is probably incorrect because I can't go back in to the shipping fees). I know longer need that in my addresses.

DISCOUNTS COULD BE BETTER

Fortunate to find hard to locate books. Various editions available that are cost effective. Books, though used, are in excellent condition. The discount codes could be better though.

Alibris is a web site that I've searched for books for many years. I'm glad they have stayed in business so that I can refer them to friends!

Checkout at Alibris is always easy. I'd like to see more books eligible for free shipping, but that's just me, a retiree on a fixed income.

Easy search engine to find the books you want. Clear indication of book condition. Great prices for books that you read once or use for a lifetime

I wanted the full size edition, not the book club edition. I guess I should have been more careful. You don't include a return address.

Alibris is one of the best online bookstores. Their selection and prices of new and used books is hard to beat, and their recommendations are usually spot on.

Having an issue with feedback in sound, but intermittently. Not sure what to make of that. There is something loose inside the amp that rattles around, but seems to work fine.

I'm frustrated right now because while the prices on used books are amazing, the amount that I need to get to in order to obtain free shipping is so high that I couldn't even find enough books to get me to that total. And then the shipping on the books that I had was absolutely exorbitant. So basically I just bought the one book that had brought me to the site to begin with. Even though I had managed to choose five other books. I understand that with the economy like it is, free shipping and stuff like that is hard to come by, but it does seem like the individual shipping price for adding books to a shipment is a bit high.

The graphic shown in the listing of the books was the current version however I received the previous edition which is missing updates to the books that would have been helpful.

Twice I was sent the wrong edition of the book I ordered. Twice I received the first edition of Quilts Quilts Quilts instead of the second edition which is a completely differnt book

I need to know the shipping cost upfront. Please change your website so I can figure this very expensive neccessity before I discover a particular book costs more than if I paid full price at a store.

Easy peasy to order books not found at the library! I start here first but don't like that the price of the books goes up if I log out and then log back in.
