I nearly got scammed by Rose Tong from Alibaba. I ordered stainless steel products and paid for them. Then was prompted by a friend to question if definatly was stainless steel. No it's Alloy was the reply. But I paid for stainless steel? I do you good deal was the reply, Alloy is more colors effective and you don't know the difference.
So peed off. I canceled the order and lost 2.95% of my payment to a Alibaba transaction fee which as far as I'm concerned Rose Tong should have been made to pay. And that's another thing. There is no Help page, you can't make a complaint. You can only apply for a refund.
This seller would have gotten away with this if not for my friend.

Services and Quality were too low, Took a month for shipping, thou was told to be delivered within a month. Rout! Never want to order again.

I was told to get my parcel within 10 days but it's been a month now! I didn't get my order WORST DELIVERY SERVICES!

I never received any order that I placed at time. This is one big issue most buyers face all around the world.

Alibaba now has one of the worst customer service departments. They never try to resolve an issue just offer a refund. Shipping delays, missed delivery times and items being charged for showing shipped.

The day a I asked: Sophia Liu if she could add my design to a robe and logo it has been a great experience she communicated every step of the way, she even said it was a nice design. I would like to commend this company for producing so quickly even adding my Logo inside tag, This was a great price and will be very profitable for me even moving into the future, I will be designing more to come for this summer.
