WE BOUGHT A MINI TRACTOR DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND ON THE CONTRACT WAS CLEARLY WRITTEN THE SHIPPING COST FOR DESTINATION PORT DELIVERY AS $420. AFTER aprox 80 days and a transhipment stop in Barcelona ( Spain) the tractor arrived at the delivery port o Limasol ( Cyprus) Our agent issued an invoice inwhich we noticed an unknown amount of FCA CHARGE OF €597... After a lot of questions and investigations we discovered that the shipping combany had send an invoice for the transhipment expenses jn spain, to our agent and asked to be added as LOCAL PORT CHARGES! Under these circumstances we were blacmailed to pay so to avoid further complications with customs, delays and aditional p[ort charges. We made a claim via the prober ALIBABA online chanel and we supplied all evidence. About 2 months later ALIBABA team rejected our refund claim with the excuse that this amount was under the buyers oblications as LOCAL PORT CHARGES!. We had included the Shippers message sent to our agent to include the other ports expenses as LOCAL expenses. We had send the ALIBABAS own rules about such issues... but the result was negative. Finally Alibabas team suggested as a solution to declare ( lies) that the tractor had mechanical problems and was in need of parts plus the services of a local mechanic to fix the supposed issues... We refused to get involved in such illegal practises and since then ALIBAB team nevre answered to our messages and claims.

The entire purchase process was very transparent.
