STAY AWAY FROM WEBSITE. I buy items and most sellers just steal money. Trade insurace doesnt do anything as they always support the people in china. China they sell bikes with missing parts because they know alibaba will protect them

Never trust all suppliers in alibaba. We had a bad experience with one supplier and we lost a big amount. Alibaba is not responsible for the transaction made through TT where the maximum amount that can be transferred through alibaba is limited to *******usd for that supplier. We got half qty of materials that we ordered and alibaba was never given any support on this case. Jiangsu Pumao Steel Co., Ltd., is the supplier, and Mr. Jason he is the one behind this cheating.

Believe me guy, don't trust verified logo, I bought a product ( aphrodisiac)from guangxi kaitai technology 5 years on App, I received a blister without expiry date, batch number and without name( no conform with customs) and without any documents ( invoice and certificates) Alibaba didn't want to wait until the supplier receive a goods. I contacted Thailand embassy( product made in Thailand), they told me that your product and company ( goodherbs) doesn't exist( I have all proofs). I found that they switched to new company ( guangxi taimeile technology) with verified logo plus 1 year. Unfortunately Alibaba is partner in crime( even sender is an other company, check in the picture)Guys if you want to do business with Chinese go to China find a product, stay there, check your product piece after piece, full your boxes or containers, don't trust them ( 0% confidence) us LC. Don't trust trade insurance on alibaba, it's fake ( they advantage their company) even help center on their app doesn't respond. Purchased a mini excavator with a 3 cylinder EPA tier4 compliant Yanmar engine. Received an excavator with a single cylinder Chinese built Koop non compliant ( as far as I can tell) engine. The Manufacturer Shandong Jieseng Heavy Machinery Co. Is uncooperative actually deceptive, they sent me a compliance certificate for the Yanmar and told me the Koop engine is EPA compliant. No offer to negotiate a settlement.
Alibaba is no better. I have tried app. 15 times to start a dispute every time the ask for something different by the time you find it you time out and have to start the process from the beginning again. I am becoming convinced the Trade Assurance is a scam.

I purchased two bobcat 300 hotspots for $380 with shipping three days after they shipped these guys try to get me to pay $1000 more for customs some kind of scam they said they sent me too many they were making up stuff I don't who knows but this company that works for Ali Bob is a scam Ali Baba would use him less you absolutely know somebody

Trade assurance is a lie. Alibaba helps China suppliers rip off buyers overseas. Seller stated they had documents needed to sell to USA but failed to deliver. Product was seized and Alibaba sided with lying seller and failed to make good on the trade assurance promises.
