I sell hair to customers and buying on Alibaba, I feel like my money is protected and safer than wiring money to a factory and worrying if I will get the product.

Nice to know I can order parts to my home in Canada without any problems. It does take some time but its well worth it because of the money I save.

The only dissatisfaction I have is Alibaba's customer service that doesn't allow you to talk to a real representative easily.
