I've ordered from Alibaba on several occasions now, and bought from 2 - 3 different suppliers. While there seems to be a variety in the quality of goods (and sellers) available, if you find a reputable supplier, they are worth their weight in gold. Many of the sellers are quick to respond, have amazing communication and customer service, and will work with you to meet your deadlines or wholesale quotas. There are trade assurances in place, in case you have issues with your shipment or defective goods. I only wish I found my suppliers sooner; could've saved a lot of money for my small business. Happy that I know about them now, and highly recommend Alibaba as a safe platform for all wholesale buyers.

Alibaba provided me with the best solutions of sourcing what I was looking for in the market place. I will always be grateful for this.

Very good website for me for processing wholesale orders, however need to be careful because many salespersons will offer a price and send you the quotation with the requested quantities, then once you decide order they will tell you that they do not have stock and you need to order a higher quantity as MOQ, or they will add extra hidden charges to the order like clearance charges or some logo charges that they did not mention in the beggining even when you brought it up.

I wish the transaction fee could be less percentage when your order value increases, because for my *******usd I paid more than 300usd as a fee for Alibaba, and another 150 usd for my banks (outbound payment) which I think could be better.

I wish as well that Alibaba can provide consolidation services for the shipment, so that the items can be shipped altogether.

Final Note: Please never skip the third party inspection for all orders that exceed 1000usd. Otherwise you may sacrifice the quality and condition of the items you ordered for the sake of saving some 100-200usd.

Was sold counterfeit nvidia graphics cards. They were supposed to be " no brand 1060 6gb cards. " the device i. D was modified to lie and say 1060 6gb when they were clearly GTS 450 models as per GPUZ report. They also contained nvidia trademark stickers. I Provided clear evidence they were counterfeit and they refused to refund my purchase. Then I started getting whatsapp scam attemp messages after complaining to alibaba. I rarely use whatsapp but alibaba request your whatsapp info so clearly the scam attempts are through their website.

The shipping fee is higher than the value of the order. Especially shipping fee for Sri Lanka is even greater than the shipping fee for European countries that are far away than Sri Lanka from the shipping location.
If you can lower the shipping fee, it would be more convenient and there will be more customers. At Alibaba there are many products and choices but customers are going away because of this unbearable shipping cost. As well as the Drop Shipping products from AliExpress and Alibaba at eBay And Amazon doesn't have this shipping fee and the same product can be purchased at lower prices from there. Because of that most of Sri Lankan customers will move from AliExpress And Alibaba for other alternatives. It would be great if you consider this and also we are expecting the good old AliExpress with the great stuff at VERY lower prices. Thanks & Regards!

Easy to find a good supplier, but sometimes I can not launch my RFQ, do not know what happened, better offer more logistic options

We received the goods and they were in very good quality. There was a great delay until the goods were even shipped and we were kind of upset about it, because we had to ask the supplier why it was'nt shipped yet, even though we had a tracking ID that did not work. The answer was, that they did it because of Ali Baba. Long story short, great goods... we are very satisfied with the quality and will order again. But the delivery time definitely has to be ALOT better next time around. Communication was good as well, whenever I had a question.
