Mediocre site at best, lots of unfixed bugs and flaws, their customer service is severely disappointing. The good side: if you have enough time and nerves to do your homework, you can find some really professional suppliers who care about their customers.

Great communication, service and fast delivery I ordered some custom patches, I did not have any problem with communication any changes I need in how I wanted the patch t look. Once I was happy with the changes, the patch was made right away and then sent out for delivery on Jan 16 and I received it in Canada on Jan 21. Very happy with the whole experience.

Not all the suppliers are providing the same quality for same products and communication as well shall be improved by many suppliers. Not all of them are understanding plain English and this can generate many times misunderstandings.

Sometimes I can not upload images on chat. WHY!? Also, the site design is somewhat too complicated. Other than that, its an awesome B2B site!

Good prices, but poor quality tracking of quality of goods on its pictures. Bought lego droids, but they was from bad plastic and not lego, but its cheap fake. No complains for this though, because it was absolutely playable and okay for me.

I never have any issues with Alibaba. Alibaba makes buying wholesale cosmetics easy. I will continue to buy private label cosmetics from here
