Alibaba is a very good site to use when buying things from China, because of the following:-
1. There is wide variety to choose from.
2. Prices are reanable
3. Money is protected until you receive your item

The site really gave me some security as to receiving my package. I bought something from China so I was a little concerned. My only real issue was that the tracking was extremely difficult. I do not know if it had anything to do with Alibaba or not but I kept getting different ways to track and then the tracking would never update. I ended up contacting the seller and he would track the package, and send me info with a picture of what I could not get. Overall I was pleased with the experience and the outcome but during I was a little worried. Everything turned out good though!
I still have to research and try. I hope that future experiences will be at least as good.
I ordered, I paid by bank transfer, the commission charged for interbank payments was quite large for relatively small amounts, I established with the seller the mode of transport, I received the goods.

Alibaba is a great tool for people running a small business or lab. I don't know where I'd be without it. It does however take some learning. You can't just buy from anyone and expect to be either satisfied or refunded without question every time. Learn to regard the other customer reviews and the ratings of the company you are looking to buy from, and learn to ask the right questions of the sales rep you talk to. Check to make sure the company is VERIFIED by Alibaba itself. You find that at the bottom of the company's home page. Do that and you'll be just fine.

Alibaba is the single best service for sourcing Asian manufactured goods. One does need to approach Alibaba with an exploring mind and don't think that one quick visit will handle it all. No, you need to spend some time and get good at Alibaba. Study and compare your potential suppliers. When you have some candidates- contact them clearly, and build a relationship. Just sending in a hundred RFQ's will get you 99 sad faces, but if you send 10 intelligent requests, introducing yourself, and giving the suppliers a chance to actually engage in doing business with you, you will have more than enough qualified choices to work with.
And be real about deliveries- most suppliers on Alibaba will have at least 3 serious logistical mazes to negotiate before your goods are even on your continent- they don't control the logistics, they are consumers just like us. And then be fair with your vendor, let them sell at a reasonable price, don't make every order a crisis that needs special attention, be respectful of cultural differences llike Spring Holidays.

All orders I passed was well handling by Alibaba.com and prices are good. They are very safe I order since a long times and I never had any problem.
Service was excellent and the product is of good quality, unfortunately import documents(invoice) was not included in the parcel thereby delaying my parcel at customs.
The package arrived this morning, and was much anticipated. The LED display is used on multiple applications, BUT the sensor probe and the wiring attached to the probe and for the back of the LED display was first class. It is the best wiring that I have seen on any unit on the internet, it has made my test bench look very professional. I am so pleased that I chose Alibaba over sellers that I had seen on Ebay that were a little cheaper and I would have not been happy with the product. Keep up the good work Shenzhen Geree Electronics Co. And Alibaba the competition is good for the consumer.
Do not offer a discount. Each time I buy and have to pay extra for TT transfer.
