Purchased one of the top grade bags payed almost $300.00 for it to have a crooked logo on the front. I am not happy at all, as I've tried to get this revolved. My emails have not been responded back to since I sent the pictures of the bag.
If the issue get resolved I would be satisfied. I love the bag itself, but not with a crooked logo

This was my first transaction on the platform. I didn't know that the same login credentials for Aliexpress could also be used for Alibaba. Overall, the experience was very good. To keep it brief, I was searching for a particular type of EMC/EMI choke and struggled to find it, those that I did find were either beyond my budget or had a very high minimum order quantity, around 1000+ units at least. I came across Alibaba through Google searches and decided to give it a try. The price of the item was around 65% cheaper and the shipping was also very reasonable. I bought it as an individual, not part of a company and the transaction was still very smooth. The supplier (King Magnetics) had an MOQ of 1, which was very accommodating for small projects such as mine. The item was well packaged and arrived in good time. The supplier accepts Paypal payments which made things simpler.

It worked but sellers can by-pass what is really being sold to you. A seller is NOT allowed to sell medicines but they do by changing the product description and picture of what is sold. So you may actually be buying medicine and it's listed as varnish. Be careful of sellers doing this. You may end up with varnish and I don't know how you'd get your money back. Also what was shown to me is not what I received. I ordered a flowing white powder and what I received was yellow and clumpy. The yellow stuff is a picture of what I received. I was supposed to get the flowing white powder.

The machine we ordered came damaged, we did everything we would have if dealing with a US company, taking pics and videos,etc but Alibaba keeps stringing us out with further documentation now we are close to 3 months out with no resolution, a broken crappy machine taking up space in our warehouse. This is the 1st and last order our firm with do with Alibaba. I'm learning what I should have known - there is a reason they are cheap. I would advise staying away from Alibaba.

Alibaba try to collect taxes that shouldn't, and then after products arriving at customs, you pay this taxes again, and then you return to alibaba and you have to spend more time to prove things that it isn't Alibaba's work to looking for. Now the next problem it is that people here they want to sale to professionals but with the prices that we are buying they are selling to consumers in aliexpress for just one piece, and some times, they are selling to us more expensive. Also, the mass salers here they are placing listings that doesn't include shipping, and then you contact with them and they are saying you that this price it isn't correct and they are asking you 4 times more. The situation need clearance
