I've reached out multiple time on my package I gave as much as I could to get a response on my merchandise and kept getting automatic response, I went so far as to reaching out to DHL giving them all information I had as well and couldnt find anything.

Happy with everything so far. Have had a few suppliers give alot of difficulty in shipment methods or solutions. We then switch to another vender & so far if the vendor is easy to work with & help with shipping we have only had 1 issue That was never resolved. They delivered our product to the wrong place & told us to do all the leg work to try to find it. We have had zero luck in finding the order & the customer service with that company was absolutely awful. We lost our money on that order so still very cautious on ordering items. This was the company we never recieved our product or a refund. Okasa Promotion (ningbo) Limited I would definitely not buy anything from this supplier.

Alibaba has been a great source for products we were paying 4 times the price for in the states! Our profit margins have went up substantially! Verifying a vendor is also a nice thing to see which gives me more confidence in the supplier as well! Highly Recommend!

I tried to purchase a particular vehicle online I tried to buy the 2022 aero 3s T-Rex 3 wheel motorcycle and I was scammed both suppliers and when I reported it nothing was done about the situation. It's funny how they couldn't pull up nothing in their system but I have all the proof to back up my story. It seems like all the so called suppliers are scammers because I couldn't pay for the item on the alibaba platform they lower me off the platform by contacting me on what's app. Now money is gone and never received what I paid for

Never got product kept getting run around every time I asked when product will be shipped and after I paid on the website the amount agreed upon I was asked for more money. Please companies beware.

Alibaba will not support the end buyer if you have problems with the manufacture like in their heading. They will always side with the manufacture because that's how Alibaba gets paid buy what we purchase, they would be shooting themselves in the foot doing so. So buyer beware I spent 3 months fighting because our manufacture didn't build our product correctly, provided Alibaba with all the proof and they decided in the manufactures favor because they just want their money out of the deal. So you might as well go straight to the manufacture and save thousands of dollars buying direct.

From the time I found the product I wanted on Alibaba, to the time this product arrived at my address, the Alibaba platform gave me an excellent shopping experience. From contacting the seller, to forming the order invoice, to paying the invoice with secure payment, to tracking the shipment, to communicating with the seller via messaging, Alibaba made it all so easy. It is good to have some eshop, where I can buy spare parts for my devices, then I can use it for a little money and not to buy new one

The site is terrible and the chat is unusable. I leave messages and when people answer me, I cannot view the reply? Is it a app thing? They are constantly pushing for thr app but does that mean I cannot see replys unless u succumb to the app? 3 messages, can't read any of them. This sux.

With Alibaba the EU VAT is included in the final prize you pay online and when UPS delivers at your door, they ask again to pay the same tax and also brokery surcharges and VAT on these surcharges. So you're paying vat tree times if you're not a registered company. Problem got solved by sending an e-mail to codbenelux ups. My parcel has now been delivered without paying double.
