Very good platform for businesses all across the globe. Would be better if messenger works better, documents can be seen with better speed and messages can be loaded quickly.

I ordered a guitar through Alibaba. I naturally had to prepay but I wasn't concerned. I tracked the order and delivery through Alibaba's site. After several months of waiting and not having received any notice I inquired concerning my purchase. I was told that the purchase had made it to the U.S. and was waiting for additional shipping. When I still had no other shipping notice, I contacted Alibaba.com. I was told it made it to New York and that I should contact the USPS for tracking in the U.S. When given the "USPS tracking code," the USPS had no idea what I was talking about. Again, corresponding with Alibaba.com, I requested a refund and was told that they would investigate but I never heard from them again. I contacted them again but was told my time for refund had passed. So i guess my $200 purchase went up in smoke. I keep hearing that Alibaba.com is such a reputable company but you couldn't prove it by me. Buyer beware!

Company could have done better with customer service, handing shipping. Shipping was delayed almost a month, received a product and LED didn't work. I had an event day of arrival and Company didn't resolved the problem and made me loose money.

I was a bit nervous ordering with a new supplier and was going to submit a sample order first but decided to bite the bullet and order 1000 pieces straight away as they were a simple part and the mold cost was most of the price. They've just arrived and were perfectly to spec in both dimensions and the durometer of silicone requested (20A). Glad I got this company to produce the part and trusted them with the order.
