Have not needed to dispute or seek support; so far my experiences have been excellent for 10 years. Perhaps I have been fortunate in my selection of suppliers; there is a lot of homework invested in each purchase which requires a lot of time. There are a multitude of suppliers listed with Alibaba. I do not trust easily; it has to be earned. Considering the logistics of overseas transactions, it is hoped that my good fortune continues. There is no substitute for direct communication with a supplier or his agent; again, there are many options listed with Alibaba for everything under the sun.
