Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. When I returned the car, I told the person behind the desk that I was very happy with everything except the odor in the car smelled like cigarette smoke. She was understanding and apologetic and gave me $25 off. Which I greatly appreciated. She was kind and very helpful. Her name was. Alcxis

Oil was 2500 miles over and the gas was not full. Everytime you started it change oil come on. There was oil in it but very black.

They handed me the keys and a couple of signature and card security when I picked up the car and I handed them the keys when I returned and went on my merry way. Very simple process

Top notch customer service! Kristine (not sure if that's right, but it's with a K for sure) had me squared away very quickly even though I needed every possible help to understand the process. I was exhausted from travel and usually my husband takes care of these things. Thank you so much. The car was also terrific, clean and very peppy with automatic everything.

I had to put air in a tire 7 miles from the airport. The car was clean and the manager was responsive when I explained what happened.

The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted. It was very easy and fast both picking up and returning the car. The agents were all very friendly. The car was very clean and maintained. There was no hard sell or hassle about insurance. It was a very positive experience. I definitely recommend Alamo.

Car was not new... 30K+ miles and was not clean when I picked it up. Also, $15/day for a 2nd driver... no way!

Like I said like to be transparent, so I'm gonna pay a price I expect to pay that price no explanations on tolls no explanations on gas. You understand this is not my first time renting from you guys and I've never had a problem until now so I hope next time would be better. I like renting from you guys.

Rate was ridiculous reservations rate & additional charges once I arrived. I was unaware of the rental costing amount $900.00 that was insane. Never experienced this before at all.

Excellent customer service. Our flight was delayed and when we arrived Thrifty had closed. The lady who assisted us with National ensured us that everything was going to be okay. Within minutes she had us in a car. Thanks a million
