I was late to Rapid City for my aunt's funeral service. Quinn understood my situation and had me in a car in record time. The Toyota RAV-4 was a wonderful vehicle. A young man met me in the return area, told me where I could park and I was on my way. Quick and easy with excellent service by all.

Patty, Ger and Ashley were extremely friendly and very engaging. They respect and accommodate anything that might be wrong with the car (scratches and stuff) before and during your time renting the car.
