I keep browsing other website for my trips to Singapore and Malaysia, don't know why because I always go back to Agoda. They offer the best deal all across Asia, the website is clear, easy to use and you get all you need to know about the hotel.

From my cell phone I just walked through the simple process outlined and booked a luxury resort in Bali for less than half the price of the resort rate! Love this site!

Friendly & helpful Customer Service -Call them to infm that i hv accidently booked hotel without sign-in to my Agoda member & the staff hv suggest that they will cancel my booking without any additional cost.

I like Agoda and recommends them to my family and friends for our / their accommodation needs because we get the best deals online. It's also very efficient, convenient and easy. One thing I like about them is the flexibility. You can always pay at a later time and will not cancel your bookings unlike other websites.

Agoda reward points program is quite nice and my husband loves its interface because it is easy and clear. He suggests everybody to book hotels through it.

Easy and fast to find the hotel which fits my needs

Most of my hotel bookings, either local or international have been through Agoda. Very convenient and RELIABLE.

The booking process is well done. The site might look a bit austere however very efficient and good prices. As good as expedia in terms of savings.
