Nightmare experience with 4 Wheel Parts. I had a Rubicon longarm 4.5 inch suspension lift ordered and installed by 4 Wheel Parts. I have a 97 ZJ Grand Cherokee Jeep. They originally told me the labor would be approx 2000 dollars but in the end, they inflated it to over 4000 dollars. They ordered 2 new driveshafts they told me would be approx 250~300 dollars each but again ended up costing over 1,100 dollars for front and rear. They cut off my tailpipe right next to the muffler with less than an inch instead of leaving some pipe to work with. I had to order a new muffler and get custom exhaust work for the tailpipe. Now the unbelievable worse part, I ended up with a drone. I first thought was exhaust and so tried to fix it multiple times. I went to 4 Wheel Parts, they seemed they didn't want to help me. They told me it was the rear bearings which I just had done. I went to Vancouver Frame and Axle and they told me it was the driveshafts. When I went to 4 Wheel Parts they said absolutely not the driveshafts but I then switched out the driveshaft with my brother's driveshaft and it greatly improved. I even changed the transfer case in my wild goose chase to try to fix the problems they gave me with no help from them. I left out tons of work with no good results. The bottom line, 4 Wheel Parts more than doubled the labor costs on my lift and ended up giving me an undrivable vehicle for long trips. They offered no meaningful help for me to resolve my issues. Nightmare, Nightmare, Nightmare!
I recommend going somewhere else. 4wp says they care about customer service but they really don't care about their customers. I ordered taillights for my truck it took 8 days to come in when it was ordered from another 4wp store. I called them to see what's going on with my purchase was told to give them a few more days. I call the next day to cancel the person behind the counter said they came in yesterday. My taillights have an issue (I purchased the 4hp warranty) now waiting another week no one called me. I called them to find out spyder lights is no longer doing business with 4wp. They told me to pick out something else. Went is to try to pick out something and turns out I wasted my time cause I was told no one could help me that one guy could help but he was to busy with inventory in the back.
I ordered new tires and wheels for my truck, four full working days I check my order status and it says its still being processed so I called and got ahold of NOBODY after being on hold for 18min and 57sec, according to my phone. Thats when I sent the email asking about my order. I was told this... We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We are currently waiting on part number BRW900B******* of your order. I have contacted the manufacture to provide me with an update. As soon as I get a response, I will be informing you.

I was never sent an email stating they were waiting for ANYTHING and have been expecting them as I received a ticket for an almost bald tire, so thats why I ordered it but not being shipped and all and having to hold my hand on my $#*! for any answers, I had to pay the ticket because it wasnt fixed in alotted time. I just called and canceled my frikin order. Should have read the reviews a little closer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, you have been warned!
I ordered some fender flares that said they would fit my vehicle, they didn't fit.
They cost over $300 and the company won't pay shipping to return them, and might charge me for arrival shipping, and possibly a restocking fee. So now I have spent over $62 to send them back so far, and have no product. The website was totally misleading and incorrect about the part fitting my year, make, and model of vehicle. When my husband contacted customer service they politely said they would not pay return shipping. Big rip off.
I purchased a G2 Axle & Gear Differential Cover (G2 Axle & Gear is part of 4 Wheel Parts). I've emailed G2 (aka 4 Wheel Parts) twice wanting to know the torque specs on the cover, and the torque specs on the load bolts and never received a response. I don't know if this place is short staffed, or the employees don't care! They got their $200, and could care less!
You have to understand my obsession with my Jeep. 4 Wheel Parts is my kryptonite. There is a physical store near me that I am able to place an order online and go to the store for pick up. Its that simple. If I had the funds, I would spend more money there, than I can possibly imagine. JEEP stands for Just Empty Every Pocket - and do it at 4wheelparts.com!
Called today to find out where my order is. 7 shipping days after I ordered. They said they weren't sure when I would receive it. I asked if I could cancel my order but they said no because it has shipped. Ok so they can tell it has shipped but not when or when it will arrive and by the way if you cancel you have to pay to ship it back if it does ever arrive.
I ordered a receiver hitch over 2 months ago and have not received it yet. I had to call them to see where it was. They told me it was on back order. But, they still have it listed on their website, not saying it's out of stock. Every time I call they tell me they have no idea when it will be in. They will not reply to my emails at all. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. I will never order from 4Wheelparts.com again!
Ordered over $1,000 in parts online over 2 months ago and still waiting. I had to follow up with them, every few weeks, they do not advise of the hold up, or seem to care if your order ever gets shipped. Once they have your money they don't care. No one even is returning my emails, calls or messages anymore. Worst online buying experience ever.
All in all a great, trust worthy site. Shipping is fast, they have regular sales/specials. Good company with a good reputation to back it up.
By far the worst people I have ever worked with. Everyday they keep promising to send me my parts that I purchased. I should have received the parts over 3 weeks ago. One time I even asked to talk to a manager, so I left a voice mail. Well 2 weeks have gone by and surprise I still haven't gotten a call. I would not recommend this website to anyone
