Bought 4 off road wheels from these folks. After dealing w two different tire shops and being unhappy w/vibration issues: they show me two bent from the factory. 4WP refused any help as I "SHOULD HAVE HAD THE WHEELS CHECKED BEFORE MOUNTING". Speaking as an ASE master: WHO THE HELL DOES THAT". The wheels are in my scrap pile now.
I purchase a full set of rotors and brake pads. I first received the rear rotors which arrived damaged. I sent an email with no response. When i called to their customer service number I was on hold for over an hour. The service rep told they filled a claim with UPS and I had to wait 48 hours so they can receive a response from UPS and then they would ship me new rotors. When I received the rest of my order, its very clear the first set of rotors were used and the were not even remotely close packaged the same. The second set of rotors were boxed individually, then warped in plastic and then boxed in a bigger box. The first set of rotors were just thrown in a box without any protection. They claim to have a A+ customer rating on BBB but when you look them up they have a F rating. What a deceiving company.
I bought tires and wheels from 4 wheel parts and it was $3500 and if I bought certain wheels and tires I would get a $500 gift card in return and it turned out it was the tire and wheels I wanted. After about two weeks of not hearing anything I reached out which was almost impossible to get a response but I finally did and they informed that the tires were on back order and should be in soon. After about i month I reached out again and the tires were finally in stock and they were gonna get sent out to me with the wheels. After another week I received my tires but no wheels. When I reached out to 4 wheels parts asking where my wheels were they said they didn't know. My $1600 wheels are missing and 4 wheel parts have no idea where they are. And to mention they told me that I would get my gift card 30-60 days once I received my package. I would stay far away from them. This has been nothing but a terrible experience and I would have much rather paid more to get my stuff and have quality customer service. I still don't have my tires. They don't derserve a star at all. They should be shutdown. Scam
I bought a cat back exhaust. I wanted the exhaust to empty be hind the rear tires. When I picked the truck the pipes were going strait out the back. I went to the counter and asked why they the pipes were going out the back? They said the box was open and the side pipe was missing. I told them I paid for a full kit. They said they would call and get them to send the part next day air and would call me when it gets in. Its been 4 weeks no call. Riverside Calif. 4wp store I will not recommend this store to anyone
I ordered a license plate light 5 weeks ago and keep receiving computer generated emails. I've called and have sat on hold for over 45 mins before getting disconnected. Go buy your jeep parts from someone else.
My husband went online to order tires for two of our vehicles. There was a notice under his for limited stock, so he called. They said they could have all 8 tires in a week. So my husband placed the order over the phone almost $2,800 for both sets of tires. They said they would email a receipt. No email on order confirmation. A week later no call our tires were in so he called, they said they'd be in the following week. Still nothing! Almost a month later one set come in, go pick up and they inform me that his are on back order. Ok, another week and still no new information as to when they will be in. My husband finds his tires in stock somewhere else. And calls 4WP to cancel the order and wants a refund. They tell him 3-5 days it should be back in our account, 6th day still nothing calls them again. They say another 3-5 days and it will be in our account. $1,500 is a lot of money to just be floating around and waiting on especially when we had to purchase tires elsewhere! Save your money order somewhere else!
I ordered a heavy duty steering linkage for my jeep. They ended up giving me the same tie rod bar 2 times instead of giving me the drag link bar. I called for them to make it right but they wanted me to pay for another one to fix the problem. The product was 700 dollars. They wanted me to pay ANOTHER 700 dollars to get a new one shipped to me! I would be out 1400 dollars now for a product they messed up on. The best they could do was a 50 dollar gift card.
Of all the businesses I have used, this is the worst. Their incompetence and poor customer response is worse than zero. I have purchased several things from them, and one got lost in shipping, and it didn't work correctly when it was replaced. I have now been on hold for 15+ minutes with their Norcross shop with no response. If I ran my business like this, I wouldn't have any business.
I made 2 purchases that ended up getting canceled because it was taking forever to actually ship. First off - they don't keep stock of most items, so they usually order from the supplier and then ship to the customer, which is not a bad thing but they shouldn't be charging you until the order ships. My first order was for some suspension parts, I made the order in October 2020 and was promptly charged. The initial email of confirmation said 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks I tried to contact them, but no answer via email or the contact us page. I kept emailing and calling them and finally 6 weeks after the purchase they answered and said that my parts were on back order until January 2021 - I get it things can go out of stock, but why didn't they try to contact me before this to let me know? January came and went and I had to go through many more calls and emails, just to check on my order. I gave up and contacted their supplier to find out what is going on and they said that they have had plenty of stock for this item, but they were not doing business with 4WP because they were not paying their bills (keep in mind, I already paid them 5 months ago in full). By mid-february a manager called me up and said that they will have to cancel the order because that part is no longer available (which is a lie, because it is still for sale on many other sites, even today) so I called him out on that and threatened a poor review, which made him try to give me a gift card for a decent amount for all the problems and that I will leave a good review showing that they took care of me. I was planning on doing that - letting people know that I did encounter a problem, but it was eventually resolved and they compensated me for the trouble, but when I went to buy tires on their site I got the same result. Tires that are in stock at the place they buy them from took more than a month for them to get back to me and say it would be just a few more weeks. I just canceled the order. I would not ever shop here, even if they were giving things away for free (which the tires were only $12 for both including shipping, after the generous gift card).
Stay away.

This company does not stock any parts. Everything is dropped shipped. After ordering products one comes back as out of stock, which I got, and one back ordered, which I did not as of writing this review. I have spent over 4 and a half hours on the phone with them to only be told "too bad, there is nothing we can or will do" and I have yet to receive the item nor will they cancel that item and refund my money. Here I sit waiting with no other recourse other than to post these reviews. Do not buy from these people. I am a one and done with them!
I have been waiting on my order for a month and cannot get a clear response of why its taken so long. I will NEVER order from them again! It's awful that they are in business!
Ordered 4 shocks almost 4 months ago, but the shipment was split because the front two were in a warehouse in my city. I waited a week and they still wouldn't ship them so finally I went up there got them myself. The other rear two I have been waiting for since purchase 4 months ago and can't get ahold of any one by email or phone. I have been sending frequent emails asking for literally any kind of update as there website has no shipping date estimation but I haven't received anything at all.
I was excited to buy an overlander tent and 4WheelParts was selling the one I wanted, the smittybuilt for my Tacoma. I ordered and it was in backorder. I called and waited for an hour to get anyone, just to ask a question, like how long it would take to arrive? They said 1 month later, beginning of July. Ok, I can wait. It's now August and there is no longer an arrival time. I've called other times, wait times are longer than an hour sometimes. Had I known it would be longer than 2 months to get my tent (haven't got it yet), I would have ordered somewhere else or a different tent. Now summer is winding down, kind beats the purpose.
Plain fraud, stay away from them.
Sold an item, they did not have and back ordered from an importer.
Made me go through the hell with their customer support.
Gave me a fraud tracking number.

I ordered a very expensive winch from them and have been waiting 2 months for it. They will not answer my emails. Very poor customer service. Of course they charged my credit card the same day I ordered.
My Jeep hardly use for off roading. Purchased new front and rear driveshaft almost two years ago and felt rear vibrations. Sales person Max advised I purchased a used drive shaft according to there computer but my invoice as I paid " New " ( this 4 wheel parts doing fraudulent business to consumers). Brought my Jeep for rear vibrations service paid $400 and the vibrations was not resolved and they knew it was a driveshaft issues. Since they knew I was given a used defective driveshaft and they don't want to replace a new drives shaft. 4 wheel parts Van Nuys Store are doing fraudulent business to the consumers and Max the worst horrible, terrible, rude, bad sales person, he will tell you to leave and not to come back at the store ( FU). I will never ever going to used 4wheel parts store, I will tell all my fellow Jeepers group your company doing fraudulent business to consumers and cheating you for repair service..
They never answer their phone. I've called twice, one time I waited on phone for 1hr no one answer. Don't buy from them and I'll never buy from this website again
I still haven't received my lift. I tried email twice and nothing. I called and was told they would get a restock on the 16th... It is now the 19th and I've email again asking when it will be shipped and no answers. I already found my lift on another website that doesn't even tax for shipping so I'll definitely order from them instead.
Received order with damage box apparently eating by RATS on some warehouse swamp, parts damage as well.
Try to contact via e-mails and several phone calls and no responds.
Really unresponsive supplier, I will never ever buy from them and NO good recommendations.
They should close their doors and stop scamming customers with old stored warehouse product label from 2018 as new.
Shame on you. And don't blame it on Covid, you did previous orders before that.
LYNWOOD BRANCH AND ENTIRE CORP IS TERRIBLE>
After looking online at their website and seeing " Free next business day delivery if ordered before 3 pm" I jumped right on buying my soft top. The Lynnwood, WA #52 store was nothing but aweful. After ordering the top over the phone 2 hrs prior to the deadline, I was told it was in stock and Tuesday I could pick up my order. The following day I called back to ensure I could come Tuesday and was told the order was never placed and that my top was in Post Falls, ID. Not that big of a deal, you can still get it to me Tuesday... Tuesday rolls around and I show up to pick up my order. I am told they never ordered the top, and that it was now in Compton, CA. BIG ISSUE. Your sales rep stated on two separate phone calls that my order was placed, you charged my credit card, and still did not place the order. After speaking with store manager, I am told this is often a problem and that they tend to misadvertise... I was in the store with 3 customers sharing the same issue... NEVER GO HERE!
Answer: Terrible waste of money. I really really wish I never ordered from them. Just threw time and money away.
