I'm really Not a "Karen"... All I want is to know where my order is and customer service to follow through.
I ordered products totaling over $1,000 and they have taken my money and have forgotten all about the order, I guess. One item on my order is back ordered and they haven't shipped the two other items that are "in stock". Nobody seems to know anything about as to why. The on-line order receipt says "pick up at the store" and I needed to make sure the order is "delivered to my home".
The National Customer Service line often rings a Long time and then comes on with a message that they are "having technical problems" and hangs up. IF and when I am lucky enough to get a real person on the line... they offer no help except to tell me to call the store. The store...in Bradenton, FL evidently doesn't think customer service is their responsibility, because they tell me to call the National CS line.
I wish I had NEVER tried to do busines with 4WP.
I certainly won't recommend them to anyone... NOR will I order from them in the future.
Before you order from 4WP... I recommend you GO Somewhere Else, if at all possible.
I ordered a lift kit over the phone from 4WP. I never received the parts for the front axle, instead I got random parts in bags, some don't even go to vehicles in general. I have spend over 10 hours on hold with the customer service line which eventually hangs up on you. Even trying the sales line I can't get anywhere, they can't help and just transfer you. The original sales person won't help me either. After dialing different extensions I found a customers service rep that was 'taking care of it' and would get back to me in a day. It has now been 4 weeks and I can't reach her by phone or email. Looks like I'm out half the money and have to buy parts for the front...again. I will not be purchasing from them again!
Will never order from them again. Trying to make a return. Can't reach anyone! Calls, emails, nothing!
Ordered 4 BF Goodrich tires on Dec 31st received an email confirming order. Two weeks later tried to find out an estimated time of shipment since there was none given only to have to call multiple times and wait for hours to reach someone. Finally get told that they will not ship till mid to late February. Mid February back to calling since I haven't heard anything in over a month and still no tires but can not reach anyone. I tried emailing from my account and others to receive no answer. Finally call sales and get a human being only to be told it's a manufacturer delay. Little did they know in this time I had contacted BF Goodrich to see if there was a problem getting these tires and was told they are in stock. I told the salesman this and he said he would look into it. A few hours later I receive an email that it will be 3 to 4 weeks more before they ship. After Finally threatening to go to the state police, district attorney and contact my bank because they took over a thousand dollars from me and I have nothing to show for it I get an email stating the tires were found in a different warehouse and are shipping along with a tracking number. When I check the tracking it says the package was picked up on February 24 and should be delivered March 9th
To 13th. I contact the shipping company on March 8th and am told they will arrive tomorrow. Tires are Finally here on March 9th but I will never use this company again. Too hard to get customer service and no communication. I would give a negative score if I could.
Tried to buy a tonneau cover from the Loveland Colorado store and they wold have to order it. So i said I would order it online. Placed the order and it immediately came out of my CC. About an hour later I get an email stating they were canceling my order because it is on back order. They also claim it will take 10 days to go back on my card. The same item remains on their site for purchase. Every time I have attempted to buy something from this place it gets screwed up! I am DONE!
I ordered hinges for my husbands Jeep months ago! I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or answer an email! At this point I just want my money back. I'll never do business with them again! Watch out guys!
Sent me an incorrect part. Spent two weeks trying to get a return authorization including being on hold fir over 2 and a half hours. When I finally got a representative they told me that a return label along with an email confirmation would be sent. Never happened. I'm out $95 I also sent sever emails and they never responded. And if you try to leave a negative review on their website they reject it. A joke of an organization. Please don't waste your time with these frauds.

My last purchase from them was my worse one yet. Always been pretty satisfied when dealing with them until now. I ordered a lift kit and wheels which came came quick and in perfect shape. But when I ordered them I was told everything I would need would be there. Kit did not have sway bar drop brackets, and wheels required new lug nuts neither one a big deal until your truck isn't drivable. The wheels I ordered from them before all came with lug nuts, I assumed these would. Just wish they would have told me, so I could have ordered them...
Ordered a Clutch just before Thanksgiving. I ordered the wrong one. I called to return it, cannot get through, followed the instructions they give on the recorded message on how to do a return. Filled out the paper shipped it back second week of December. No refund cannot get through on the phone emailed three weeks ago no response. Terrible customer service do not buy from them
On 12/27/22 I order parts totaling over $3700. Never received an order status so emailed their Customer "Service" department. Received no response after several days so I emailed them daily for three days before someone responded to say the product was out of stock with no ETA. I decided to wait rather than start the entire process elsewhere. After another week with no response, I asked for another update. No response after another another three days so I have asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. Customer Service is nonexistent with this company but the worst part is, they show no interest in improving or retaining customers. They simply don't care. My best advice is to not bother - look elsewhere. The extra cost is worth the aggravation of no product or response.
2 weeks after ordering and still nothing. I check my tracking#. Turns out it doesnt work. I email them 48 hours later. No response. I call them and sit on hold for 2 hours. When the call started there were 40 callers ahead of me. After 2 hours still 22. WTF! GET MORE EMPLOYEES THIS IS $#*!ED UP!
Tried ordering a part for my top and it took them over a month to send me the wrong part. Couldn't reach anyone on the phone unless I waited 1-2 hrs on hold. It took me more than 5 tries to reach someone but most of the time I gave up because it took so long. No customer service in general. Do not order from them.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on other reviews, I see this is a common thread with this company. I'm not sure how anyone still orders from them. I ordered some tail lights online on 12/12/22. They showed in stock. Well, two weeks later, I still do not have them and have only received an email stating that they are being shipped by the manufacturer. When I call the store, I'm told that I need to call corporate. Guess what happens when you call corporate? Either no one is available to take the call or their office is closed. How convenient. Of course, they didn't waste any time charging my credit card. I guess my only option is to dispute it with them. Ridiculous!
I ordered a BajaRack from this place on 11/14. Store manager called me 11/16 asking me if I were okay waiting three weeks. I was because BajaRack.com says the same thing. It was 8 weeks so seeing 3 weeks was exciting. Sent emails to the store the week of 12/4. Was told my order was on the way and told me to ignore "processing" on my order status. Decided to call BajaRack on 12/14 and was told that 4wheelparts.com was bought out earlier this year and they are having problems paying their bill. 4wheelparts corporate office turned out to cancel all orders. Did they contact customers? No. Did they offer refunds? No. I had to physically go to their store and act a fool in front of all customers. Letting them know what's going on. Took me 20 mins of arguing with an associate who kept telling me a district manager needs to approve the refund. Asked him to go ahead and call the district manager. Was told he couldn't and no one in the store could but could email him. It's now three business days. They still owe me $1222.41. Had to file a fraud charge with Bank of America. BajaRack is an awesome company. They will price match and get me a rack out in a week which means I'm nice I get my refund I can buy it again. Used a debit card. That's real cash and it's almost Christmas. Freaking stuck until I get my refund. Do not shop here. If you really want to shop here make sure what you're buying is physically in the store and can be allocated to you.
My new bumper arrived scratched in 7 places. I called them while the delivery driver waited in my driveway for 1 hour. No response from them, just long hold times. 1 hour wasted already. I then emailed them hoping to get a response. I called again the same day and waited 2 hours and 57 minutes on hold. When they answered, they were less than helpful and said they need to check with managers and would call back the same day or following morning. No call back after 4 days. I called again and waited on hold for about an hour and 40 minutes, then the line just went dead. I called again the next day and only had 1 call ahead of me. After a 35 minute hold, I was sent to a voicemail and the line went dead. Called right back and was now 39 in line. WTF! If you call to order a part, they answer the phone in under 30 seconds, but not if you have a problem. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Save yourself the headache and buy your part from another company. Don't think you are getting a good deal, because it will come back around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update to the first post - I called again and waited on hold for almost 4 hours. Finally got through to someone, who said they would look into what could be done about my damaged bumper. I was put on hold and after about 5 minutes the line went dead, AGAIN. How is this possible? I called right back and I was number 50 in line. I guess the next step is to report it to my credit card company and let them deal with it. All I wanted was to buy a bumper for my truck. Total time on hold with this company is almost 9 hours. And no response from the email I sent them.
I had a five month lead time on an ARB bumper which was shipped missing all hardware. Multiple calls to service department with 30 min. Plus holds. Each time I talked with customer service they couldn't help get the parts needed to fulfil the order and placed me back on hold to supposedly transfer to another department. Thoroughly disgusted with this company
I am extremely unsatisfied with my order from 4 Wheel Parts. I placed an order for two shocks about three weeks ago. After two weeks of waiting for shipping, I was surprised to only received one shock from my UPS delivery man. It was very frustrating to have spent multiple hours removing my old shocks to be prepared to install the new ones, only to have to reinstall them to wait for the second shock to ship. Why they would only ship one shock when I ordered two is beyond me. Seems ridiculous. I have called twice already, each time being on hold for well over an hour. The customer service staff are not helpful, they say your order will be shipped out by the end of the day and it is not. One of the CS women told me that the shocks had been discontinued and 4Wheel Parts no longer carried them. When I asked why they still listed them for sale on their website, why didn't inform me of this, and why they still shipped one; she quickly corrected herself and said that they had some in storage and would ship one out to me by the end of the day (yesterday). Not sure if I believe that. At this point if my order doesn't ship today I will be canceling it and calling my credit card company to tell them not to associate themselves and do business with 4Wheel Parts. I have now been forced to drive on shocks that are damaged and are causing excess wear to my truck while waiting for these clowns to ship my order. After reading many other reviews of people having the same issues as me I have come to the conclusion that 4WP truly doesn't care about its customer satisfaction. All they want is your money. I will never place another order with 4 wheel parts, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I wish that I had spent the time to do more thorough research before I placed my order. I would have never ordered from 4WP had I read other reviews. I hope whoever reads this, you heed my warning.
