The worst customer service in the whole world, not only they sell me incompatible parts, but they never respond to your inquiries to return the product. What a bunch of scammers this company is! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! In otherwords, THEY SUCK!
It has now been three months since ive placed my order and still no product and its almost impossible to get anyone to respond. Now if I do get a response all I get is an automated response "we are sorry, due to global supply issues" ive spoke with people that have ordered parts elsewhere with no issues on orders. You would think a company that is owned by Hoonigan would be a reputable company but I beginning to think this is just a reflection of the brand in a whole.
Website is misleading:
- Shows items (In Stock), but its misleading because its not a real representation.
- I purchased an item and received a "Thank You for your order email", without copy of invoice or order number (luckily I had a screenshot of when I submitted order). This is important because without it there is no way to follow up your order or claim.
- When you go to order status, information is vague, invoice is not even present.
Customer Service
- Contacted through website, never got a response.
- Never answered calls.
Purchase two items, three weeks later no shipping information received. Since unable to contact had to go through paypal dispute to get my money back.
Buy somewhere else...
Ok, So I ordered a Smittybilt Gen3 winch 4/01/2023 it is now Aug 29th, 2023 and still haven't received it. I tried reaching out to 4WPs many times and the phone just keeps ringing, if you choose to talk to sales they will pick up right away ( go figure) you ask about your order and they transfer you back to existing orders with nobody to answer.
After 6 months I get an email saying my order was shipped, upon looking at the receipt it was changed to a Gen2 ( not what I ordered). Contacted 4WP again and finally got a hold of our salesmen ( Benjamin) he told me that the winch had been discontinued and there system changes it automatically when not in stock ( that make zero sense). Contacted Smittybilt and the Winch had not been Discontinued and contacted their Main office and their system does not change automatically (WTH).
So i asked for a return label they said it would take 24 hrs to receive, a week goes by and big surprise no label. Called back to talk to a different gentleman and he said the salesmen never noted a return label on my order. Finally received the label today ( 8/29/2023.
I'm not trying to bash the company but it is completely unacceptable.
Sorry for the long post just don't want someone go through what Iv been going through for months.

FYI 8/29/2023 still no Winch!
Ordered an awning with room. 12v plug for the awning LED was broken upon arrival. Replied to order email, which is an option to contact the company. Followed up twice, no response. Tried calling, was on hold for over 15 min twice and never spoke to anyone. Used customer contact form on their website and never received a response. There is no customer service with this company. There are plenty of other similar websites and I recommend using any other.
Have done business with these guys for 30 years. Worst customer service and attitude now I've have ever seen. Lest few years gone to crap.
Four wheel parts is very good at taking your order taking your money and taking your time. I ordered my truck bed cover prior to my new truck being delivered to my home. It was in the box for several months before I unwrapped the box, and installed it in my new truck. The truck bed cover looked nice until the metal shroud holding the bed liner was damaged per the video.
I started a claim, sent picture and it took over a month for a reply and they said " to bad it's been to long since my purchase to claim. I made numerous numerous attempts to call the customer service, but sat on the phone for over a half an hour for them, 4 separate times, plus three emails, to only been given the option of leaving them a voice message which they would get back to you, and that never happened they never got back to me. Then they sent a rude email saying they weren't gonna do anything about 4 wheel parts dented product they sent me.
It sat in a box in my garage unopened and unmoved.
The proof is in the video, I never unpackaged it. The plastic coverings is still on.
I ordered a part after talking to one of their employees.When it arrived it was wrong part. I have been trying for 2 months to get return address with nothing but we are experiencing high volume of emails, no replies. Tried calling still on hold. I guess you live and learn, Closest store to my address is over hundred miles. I will never shop there again! Eddie
I have left numerous messages and sat on the phone multiple times for over 30+ minutes. They said my order was cancelled but never gave us a refund or reached out to us. Please use any other company. My company will never use them again! BEWARE and use a real company. About to report fraud on my credit card!
I have worked in home improvement sales off and on for 30 years so I'm familiar with customer service. I am a newbie to the jeep world and never realized the magnitude of merchandise I've seen so far. I have never experienced the lack of customer service and care in my life. My failed experiences trying to order a bikini top and trying to communicate with them about my order was unpleasant unprofessional disappointing to say the least. I placed my order to find out that it had been canceled with no explanation or contact at all. After numerous attempts to contact 4wp to find out what happened I have decided to take my business someplace else. Before I go I just wanted to give a heads up and tell you to watch your back and stay alert if you order from them to make sure everything is correct and don't give them the opportunity to give you the run around. If you let them they would and that just not good customer service.
I ordered a brake line on June 7. My card was charged immediately, and I received a confirmation of order with a message stating to allow 1-3 business for tracking information to appear. It is now June 27th, and I still do not have part. I have tried calling with no answer (left a voicemail explaining my issue and requesting a call back, which I never received), I sent 2 emails requesting an update, which were never answered, and finally sent an email 5 days ago requesting a refund which also has not been answered. I was able to order a brake line from Summit, received it in 3 days and saved $24, while receiving email updates from them at every step. Save your money and shop elsewhere...any where else.
UPDATE JUNE 26,2023 - I received a refund on my order, but only after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which is what finally elicited a customer service response from 4WP. I have purchased numerous items from them over the years and this will be the last time i purchase from them. -UPDATE JUNE 26,2023
I ordered LED headlights for my wife's Jeep on 1 April, 2023. They shipped directly from the manufacture and I received them on 26 April. As soon as I received them, I opened the box to inspect them and the first one I picked up rattled as it had something loose inside of it. I contacted 4-wheel parts the next day (27 April) through their online customer service complaint form and have failed to receive anything other than an automated response. I filled out a second form on 23 May. I have also called their customer service line numerous times and spent anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes on hold without ever speaking to an actual person.
At this point I am well past their return policy timeframe and STILL have not received a response from the company.
At this point, I have filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is non-existent.
I placed an order about a month ago now for a set of "Toyo Open Country R/T" tires and after weeks of waiting for my order I got no update on any processing, nor a tracking number. The moment I hit purchase my money was gone and doesn't seem like its coming back any time soon. After countless days and hours trying to get through to their customer service, I ended up having to call corporate to actually speak to a real person. I was told my order will not be coming for the next 9-12 months if that. I requested a refund which was said to take 6-10 days to complete. Very disappointed with my experience, the website does state its experiencing some delays after you hit purchase (no prior notice) and doesn't specify that you're going to need to wait another year to receive what you purchased... Never again, do not recommend...
Ordered some parts and a pair of gloves. Gloves came in 2 weeks and still no parts. I email them to ask for update and I still haven't heard from them it's been 2 months. I email 4wp 2 times a week. Stay away. No dimensions in descriptions, no size guides,shipping slow, they dont stay up to date on items not in stock or on backorder. Just a shady online store. Oh well... lost all my family's business.
Order a truck brake kit. They sent me two rotors only and tried telling Amex that they had sent the whole kit. They are scammers, don't order from them.
They never respond and they dont care! I have asked for a status on my order and they wont respond. Call and sit on hold for 2 hours and then they hang up!
I placed an order 3/11/2023 for Poison Spyder Rocker Knocker Steps. They charged my credit card and I have never received the steps. The order status on line says processing. The most frustrating thing is they are unreachable. I have sat on hold several times for over an hour each time with no answer. I also sent 5 emails which have gone unanswered. Time to file a claim with my credit card company. I will never use them again.
Supposedly delivered my kit. Said it would be dilivered 5-7 days.I was working out of town.They left the parts on my open deck were everyone can see it a day later instead of 5 to 7.Kit was taken off deck not my fault that's there's plus should have been insured.4WDR PARTS ABSOLUTELY NOT DOING ANYTHING YO HELP WHAT SO EVER.There so called management left me on hold 2 hours twice.Said there management are discussing the issue.They sent what looks like a part of a kit but sitting on my deck will it will stay.Filed a police report like they ask.Still nothing.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER.THERE TRYING TO BLAME IT SEEMS ROUGH COUNTRY GOT NEWS FOR YOU.ROUGH COUNTRY DIDNT ORDER THIS YOU DID.LOOK AT YOUR RATINGS JUST LOOK ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE RATINGS AND GETTING WORSE.
If I could give zero stars I would. To say they have horrible customer service is not accurate. They have no customer service. They sent me the wrong parts. I tried their return process, emailing them, waiting on hold for hours, messaging them through their website. I got nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
So I bought a set of tires from four wheel parts
Had a flat tire and went back to get a new one
Was told by the salesperson they cannot put these tires on my truck because they are not adequate to run on it
But they will mount it on the loose wheel and send me on my way
That's real funny because they sold me the four tires and mounted them for me when I bought them
Even worse than that I previously had a blowout with one of the tires that caused an accident
Originally they had no problem putting the tires on the truck and after the accident they also replace the wheel and tire for me
I think it's time to call a lawyer
