Intent on keeping my money or causing me to pay extra to pay for their garbage quality.

Shy 25 band ties, many of the masks have a white bleed on edges, 5 masks were defective

The only thing is that I was not able to feel or know what material it was made of.

I did not receive the SAVE10 10% discount. Why not? I should have since I"m a first time customer. Thank you.

The masks are paper thin, single ply, polyester which should be noted in the description.

Easy to find what I needed ans get estimate and then make purchase.

Have always gotten fast service and a great product. Like everything else this year, this wasn't a great experience and am not happy with the bands.

I got the product faster than anticipated. And I was surprised and happy because it was the order of 100 masks that we really needed.
We like the product and service so much that order another order of 100 couple days ago and I hope I will get them as fast

Item looked just like the picture that was submitted. Shipping very slow, do not expect on time to give for a gift.

The pictures was not the same I was very disappointed

The color was suppose to be maroon but it was a bit faded

Did not received quantity of sanitizer ordered. Did not receive dispensers that were ordered.

Some of the color changing was hard to change

Neon colors are not neon. Otherwise its a good product.

The customer service at 24hourwristbands was awesome. When I didn't get my confirmation emails correctly, they resolved it, and quickly got me back on track in a calm and helpful way.

Process time for order could have been faster, with more frequent updates on production. But other than that very satisfied with my order.

Great experience. Will likely buy again.
