Took a long time before the masks were shipped, with NO communication why it took so long
I received no confirmation of my order until I called three weeks later to ask where my order was and when I would receive it. Then I received an email with the confirmation invoice and received the masks five days later. I believe my order was lost until I called, although the funds were taken from my account the day following the placement of the order.

You charge over 2x the value of the no touch thermometer, but that is supply and demand, so i am sure unless you personally made it at your facility, you over payed as well due to the pandemic opportunists. But that is just business. Someone in China made out real well at the consumers expense. In a Year, these will 1/3 the cost (based on the cost of the much better quality Braun product. Nothing personal, just business. Just finding one that works was necessary for my business to reopen
I am satisfy
My second order was not what I ordered you sent me a totally different mask. It was not what I wanted and certainly not what I paid for. Thin cotton masks instead of the thicker ones.
