Two big very flimsy call customer service to find out what the little black things in there were four she didn't have a clue very very unsatisfied with it
Wrist bands were exactly as I ordered and delivered on time.
Changing the shipping was difficult. Should be in the cart and an overall charge for the order- not individual ones. If I am paying an additional $50 for shipping I should be able to expect a guarantee. The disclaimer is disappointing.
Phone connection quality was not great as the call kept going in and out. I had to use email as communication source while on call with customer service.
Price compared to actual lipstick box structure quality is a little excessive. The boxes weren't all neatly placed together. This makes it have uneven sides on some and they do not stand up straight.
Customer service person was nice and they did help me tremendously.

After receiving the face mask, it is to large and the photo looks okay, but not great!
