This was the only place I could find an accurate Constellation Face Mask! I only wish it were glow in the dark! Simple, fast purchase processing. I'll be back to this web site! My reasons for 4 in a couple areas: it took a lot longer to get this than I had hoped and while the constellations are fairly accurate, as an amateur astronomer I would appreciate this being much more accurate than it is.

That said, it's still pretty cool!

I ordered custom face masks for my business, paid for rush delivery. They told me there is a problem with the type of mask I ordered, so I had to switch to another material. Because of this they said I cannot get rush delivery; Instead, they said it will take 3 weeks. I told them that is too long, and to please refund my order. They said they can't refund my order because they already started production. I said how could you be in production when your telling me I have to change the material. Total Lie! After 2 days and more than 1 hr on the phone (mostly on hold) they finally refunded my money, but not all of it, they kept $15 for some b/s reason. They took $15 of my money and I got nothing. Never been treated like this. Plenty of other places to shop. Do not shop here.

As I've said, worst customer service experience from start to finish. A weird pop up saying my order was flagged or suspended shortly after placing the order to five different customer service reps unable to explain why it was held up or when I could (if ever) receive my order. I almost reported the company to the BBB because I didn't believe it was a real company. It was that bad. I will not be using 24hourwristbands again. I'm just grateful it arrived in time.
