Very easy to use the website. We are a printer/distributor. Do you offer distributor pricing?
I will not recommend 24Hour Wristbands because I do not want our customers buying direct. You need to be a well kept secret.
Ordering was simple, pricing a little high on the 1.5" buttons. Closer to what we sell our larger buttons for that we make in house. Turn time was exceptional. Disappointed that we paid extra for shipping and the order arrived early. If production is ahead of schedule for a period it would be good to know so we not incur additional shipping costs unnecessarily. We paid an additional $13.80 I believe for shipping and they would have met our due date with standard ground shipping.
Ordered and paid for product for a special event. Delivery time was time sensitive. I was contacted two days after my order was submitted and told the color I ordered was out of stock. There was no time for me to begin over with finding another company to order what I wanted and I did not want to deal with the hassle of a refund so I selected another color. Definitely not what I wanted for this event. Very unhappy that the online experience allowed for selection of a product they could not provide. Will never order again from this company.
Website is very user friendly and the order to production delivery time was quick and easy. Thank you for a great product and buying experience.
I had a question and customer service answered the phone right away - no recorded message - and the person I spoke to was knowledgeable. The graphics on the website that show exactly what you are getting are very helpful. It took away some of the fun when they were delivered, because they were exactly as we already saw them pictured, so there wasn't a "wow" moment, but we are very pleased that they are exactly right!

Website is confusing. I had to start over from scratch several times. Still unclear if I will receive tomorrow (24 Hrs) or day after tomorrow? Are they made today and ship today or made today and ship tomorrow?
It was a bit of a 'leap of faith' figuring out how to use the template to design the end product.
Might put together a FAQ that covers all that with examples/suggestions.
Great! I love the free 24 hour production! I only needed one lanyard and was glad there's an option for that! I also received a complimentary second lanyard and that just added icing to the cake. I'm very happy with my purchase and plan on ordering from 24hourwristbands.Com again
Haven't received the items. Was notified that the items were out of stock I ordered. Message told me there would be an easy link to click to make changes. No such link came. Called customer service. They told me to just respond to an email requesting the product changes. Received another call that my item was out of stock. Had to have assistant call customer service again and verbally change order. We have now lost several days.
Ease of ordering was good. Price was good. Hoping the products are good.

Went great last time so used again. Unfortunately, I made a request for a specific color text in the comments section of my order and it never posted to the invoice so the production folks never saw it. I contacted customer service and was told that it was potentially too late to make a change - this is where I had my issue. 1: I feel as if I'm being punished for an error that occurred on the form through no fault of my own, 2: The customer service rep said he would get back in touch with me to let me know what was going to be done and never called / emailed me back. I received the product and it's fine, but the point of the specific color text was because it was supposed to reflect our school colors. At this point it's too late to rectify, and if the answer at the time was that it was too late - it would have been nice to have been informed by the service rep who stated that he would reach out.
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
