I ordered the custom Tattoos, product looks great. Wasn't thrilled with the packaging. They were all loose in a bag, not banded or boxed and they tended to stick together as they were shuffled in shipping. A box or banding system would be great.

There are tickets created dealing with the reasons why I scored you so low. ONLY because I have made promises I tend to keep to have these bags by Friday I decided to bite the bullet and order my last order from your company. I don't have the time to search out a better company which I am sure there are plenty of competition out there, that WILL appreciates their customers! I've been given the run around about procduct not in stock and you never intended to complete my order because I wholeheartedly believe it is due to the dislike of the oranazation the logo I sent represents: (JW.ORG). I wouldn't care if you were the only company on earth, I will never order from you again. Imprint.com has proven to be one of the biggest disappointment I've experienced considering how on my first couple of orders I had praised you for your product and customer service. But on the previous order before this one I saw the progression of your unwillingness to assist me by never delivering my items till 4 weeks later after I called to check where it was. Apparently it never left the building. But now it's clear companies like you will not be around forever because of your lack of concern for your customers satisfaction no matter what organization they belong to!
