Went great last time so used again

Went great last time so used again. Unfortunately, I made a request for a specific color text in the comments section of my order and it never posted to the invoice so the production folks never saw it. I contacted customer service and was told that it was potentially too late to make a change - this is where I had my issue. 1: I feel as if I'm being punished for an error that occurred on the form through no fault of my own, 2: The customer service rep said he would get back in touch with me to let me know what was going to be done and never called / emailed me back. I received the product and it's fine, but the point of the specific color text was because it was supposed to reflect our school colors. At this point it's too late to rectify, and if the answer at the time was that it was too late - it would have been nice to have been informed by the service rep who stated that he would reach out.

Great prices

Great prices. Easy to create and order wristbands with tons of options. I will shop 24 Hour Wristbands again!

After I purchased my wristbands I was surprised to see the invoice be higher than I expected. When you click "purchase" all taxes and extra fees should be shown for a total amount. I was surprised to see a much different amount on the invoice then what I thought I was paying. Also, I would like the fees associated with the "free" 100 wristbands to be more clear/apparent. The $15.00 shipping and handling charge makes them not exactly free.
However, now that I know what to look for I think if I order again the process will be better.

Easy to order, bargain priced, very quick response time promised...Will see how it all pans out when I get my order!...Well, I got my order ahead of when I anticipated. I am concerned about a second order which I placed just hours after the first - they said was not placed. Seems to be an issue with checking out as a guest vs. setting up an account - when I entered my email for the second order, got an error message stating "that email belongs to another account?" so I guess my order did not process as I have received no confirmation. I tried to login and request my "forgotten" password and it says I don't have an account? So it appears they lost a sale due to website glitch, but the first order was great!

I haven't received the order yet, as I've only just ordered, but I am excited to see the buttons when they arrive. So far, the site is easy to navigate, and there are so many print options! And the prices are pretty awesome, so I can appreciate that as well.

I finally received pins and there are several in the box that leaked on the other pins that caused them to be unusable. Also its very hard to read the print and the logo is not clear.

This is the second time we ordered a large shipment of wristbands. The first order was great, this order not so much.

We ordered on Monday Dec 15th at 9:30 am EST, with Rush 24 hr production and 5 day shipping. This means the order should have arrived on Monday, Dec 22 or Tuesday, Dec 23 at the latest.

On Wednesday, Dec 17th I called customer service because I had not received an order shipped e-mail. They told me they would find out where my order was and call me back. No one responded. Checked back on Thursday and Friday with the same response, we'll check and cal you back. Still no one called me back. Finally on Monday, Dec 22 I called and reached a customer service rep who told me the order was shipped and gave me the tracking number. Our order did not arrive till December 24 and because it arrived late we missed the delivery driver.

We paid more to order the the wristbands because the shipping was faster and cost less. To be honest though I would have rather paid more and not dealt with the stress of our wristbands not arriving in time for our event. I am glad I sent to a home address instead of our office because our office was closed Dec 24-26 and we left on December 27 for the event we are using the wrist bands at.

The most unacceptable thing to me is that the production company took 5 days to respond on my order status. That is unacceptable and customer service reps should not be blowing off a customer and not responding to them because of a problem with another facility. Keep me informed, let me know your having issues reaching someone instead of just doing nothing. Customer service has a job of being customer service not just to answer the phone and apologize, say they will get back to you, don't and then repeat the same thing over and over. Not once did a rep give me a call even though it was what they said they would do. Don't tell me you will call me back if you won't because that makes me not want to use the company again.

Make sure to call first to verify what's in stock to avoid delays and to ask about additional charges for processing and tax. Customer service was very helpful and pleasant. Very happy with the product.
