The mask was exactly what I wanted, with excellent print quality from the resolution of the image I submitted. The wait time was appropriate & not too long (as long as you're not spoiled by Amazon's 2 day turnaround - this IS custom, after all). The price was very reasonable as well, as I found most premade masks to be priced much higher, and this allowed me to customize with my own image, and was less after shipping than most of those other masks are BEFORE. I definitely recommend this site.

When placing my order (and still) it shows a 7-day turn around time, plus 4 days shipping. It's been a month and my order has not been created yet. I haven't heard a peep from them, no email, no phone call that the order would be delayed. When I called a week ago I was told it would be printed within 24 hours and I receive apologies. I wait an additional week and enter a second ticket. Response to the ticket: 2-3 more weeks for production. I call to complain and the customer "service" rep hangs up on me. I call back, a manager is not available, and this guy tells me "realistically it'll be three or more weeks." Yeah, order has been cancelled. He tried to give me a discount. That doesn't help when you need the product. Absolutely audatious! Let's see when (if at all) I get my money back.

First time buying, but have been looking for a while. Hope it meets expectations.

Update: ran into a bit of an issue, but got it resolved in less than a month. Very satisfied with the products, but I think communication between those handling the tickets and the people who actually can resolve the issue probably could be better. I provided all of the requested pictures, it was an obvious mix-up, and I was just surprised that it took a little over 3 weeks to resolve.
